Stopped here for lunch with family. The outdoor seating was very inviting, but we chose the indoor seating with comfortable air conditioning! The entire restaurant looked brand new and very well decorated.The service was decent and the food was amazing! The pasta tasted homemade and the salad with grilled beef was so savory. The additional sautéed mushrooms made it even better.They need to redesign the bathroom. There is no privacy between the men's and women's bathrooms. Strongly recommend.

Oggi, - 24.07.2019 -, essendo stata programmata dal mitico accompagnatore turistico dellâHotel Ancora di Predazzo, - Giuseppe Bellanca -, unâescursione di gruppo in Val di Cembra, sita in provincia di Trento, per visitare sia la cascata del lupo, che il Castello di Segonzano; per la pausa pranzo, poi, abbiamo effettuato la sosta presso il lago Santo, al Ristorante Happy Ranch. Con nostra somma meraviglia, nascosta nel verde, si è presentata ai nostri occhi una location caratteristica, tale da darci lâidea di trovarci in un saloon western, con una struttura completamente in legno, tappezzata da una miriade di targhe motocicliste, oltre ad accessori, e foto, di amanti della mitica moto Harley Davidson. Appena entrati, siamo stati ricevuti calorosamente dal simpatico e cordiale staff del locale, del Sig. Michele e Sig.ra Serafina, la quale, ci ha accompagnati ai tavoli a noi riservati. Subito dopo, sono ritornati per prendere le ordinazioni, consigliandoci la grigliata mista, tipica della casa, composta da vari tipi di carne, oltre al pollo, costicine in salsa BBQ, e wurstel trentini, accompagnata da verdure, sempre grigliate, fagioli in umido, in pentoline di terracotta, e patatine fritte, che abbiamo accettato volentieri, deliziando i nostri palati, innaffiandoli contestualmente, sia con boccali di birra Forst alla spina, e sia, da vino rosso; bevande, rigorosamente locali. Infine, abbiamo chiuso il pasto, assaggiando delle porzioni di torte della casa, con vari tipi di grappa trentina e lâimmancabile caffè, servitoci dalla efficiente e disponibile Gessica, spendendo una cifra decisamente adeguata al tipo di servizio offerto, per cui, credo che, trovandosi in zona, è decisamente consigliabile, farvi una sosta.
