I always take my wife to outback on Valentine's Day so she can enjoy Coconut Shrimp. Call ahead for seating cut about 30 minutes off of our wait time. Once seated, service was started promptly. Of server was relatively new and working a holiday night. We experienced a few minor glitches, but mostly, everything worked out. Server brought bread, but no plates. Server brought Bloomin' Onion, and still, no plates. Finally, we got plates. Food was well prepared and served hot. Most likely, we will be back next year.

I had the grilled chicken with asparagus and a side salad. The food was good and the portion size was great. The prices are great. The management team is awesome. The greeting at the door was superb. However, Timothy the waiter, was not great at Customer Service. He needs to work on his greeting and talking skills. Telling a customer no or having the customer to ask for things multiple times is not a good look. I overheard the customers behind me and in front of me express dislike with him and his service. He seemed to soften up after a while, but it left a bad impression on the restaurant because of his behavior. We appreciate you taking the time to review your experience. We arrived at this location with five people for an adult birthday dinner. We were seated as soon as all of our party arrived. The waitress was attentive and brought everything in the appropriate time frame. We had the Spider Roll as an appetizer. I was not impressed with the sushi roll on this occasion.I had the 10oz rib eye with a side of 4oz Scallops. The chef cooking in front of us was hard to understand and wasn't very entertaining. We had Scallops missing off of one plate but were charged for it anyway. They did do a couple of interesting birthday things for the birthday boy. We had plenty extra to take home as well. I put this occasion at average as it was not very entertaining. This location needs a very thorough cleaning as well.

Eight family members visited this Brazilian steakhouse and had a fabulous meal! Everyone really enjoyed the excellent salad bar, and went back for seconds. The main focus, the variety of meats, were outstanding!!!! Really recommend the chicken wrapped with bacon, the filets, and in particular, the leg of lamb and lamb chops were incredibly tasty. I'm hungry again ! Definitely would return with the understanding that you cannot eat the entire day to prepare youself for this incredibly good gastronomical event!

We have had some great service at this location, and that is appreciated. Many people come here for special occasions, like we did, and being attentive to customers can make a special meal even better. We crossed the range of the menu with a filet order, chicken order, and salad order. Everything was cooked correctly. The pace of ordering to salads to meals was even with no stacking up of entrees while eating salads. Always a no-no. We stop here every few months and have found the dining experience has been consistent each time.
