This place looked inviting, so in we went. There was a wide range of steaks available, and we ordered. Despite bottles on display, they didn't have any of the Latitud Cero craft beer, so we had aqua con gas in preference to Pilsener. The meal took a long time to arrive, and when it did we were a little underwhelmed. We had dinner at this spacious place in the centre of Riobamba. The ambiance is a bit akward< it looks like a big barn with a restaurant in it.First disappointment: no white wine available, though they serve fish (trout).Second disappointment: the meat was dry and had to be chewed for a long time. Probably very ols lamb...The one and only waiter is this big restaurant was trying to do his best, but this dinner was poor.On our critical comment when the plates were removed, came no reaction.
