We were here with business partners so a nice group of 7. The server made recommendations that were spot on. I had the ahi with lobster risotto-one of the specials and was not disappointed. The ostrich was ordered as was the rack of lamb and steak. I think the only disappointment was the chicken pesto dish. We did save room for dessert- key lime pie was popular as was the creme brûlée. I thought the baked Alaska was âokâ. I donât think you can go wrong with any menu selection though. I would definitely return.

Service is always flawless. Rolls and cinnamon butter addicting. I'd consider it Western fare done to perfection. The Sirloin is my favorite - the flavor is amazing. Most of my family prefers the tenderloin - which is perfection. We have been going here since the day they opened and never had a bad meal - the ribs and chicken are great as well! They are so reliable that we even had them cater the office Christmas Party - best deal around!! Sides don't disappoint - baked potato's, baked sweet potatoes, loaded mashed potatoes - all the usual. Highly recommend.

I wasnât expecting much when I went here. Itâs a casual local joint that doesnât take reservations. I sat and the bar and everything was excellent. Service was great and friendly and most of all my food was really good. Had an excellent prime rib very tender and a good salad and ok over cooked asparagus because I happen to like it over cooked! I heartily recommend this place.

The steaks here are everything you would expect - including the prices! Still, it is worth it. Very high-end food and service is impeccable. Great selection of wine with full-service sommelier. Especially if you're staying at the Peppermill, yes, treat yourself to a meal at the Bimini!

We had 1/2 doz oysters on the half shell, bone in ribeye (my wife and I shared) creamed spinach, au gratin potatoes, and the bread basket with fresh made butter were all excellent. Great atmosphere and the service was impeccable. You won't go wrong here.

Were treated to dinner by our son and daughter-in-law on this special occasion. The restaurant is beautiful and very stylish, the food was fantastic and the service by Karissa and Christina was the most helpful, pleasant and professional we have ever experienced.
