Place is very nice and the enviroment couldn't be better, but the prices are complete out of Puebla's average.I ordered a simple arrachera, a limonade and a melted cheese and my check was over $1000 pesos ($80 usd), and by the way the beef was overcooked.

La Silla is located on beautiful Avenida Juarez. I ate there on a Saturday evening at about 8 p.m. The place was virtually empty because most self-respecting Mexicans don't eat until 10 p.m. or later. The menu focuses on meats which are grilled to order. I had a veal chop. My companion had a strip steak. Both meats were grilled the way we wanted them. The meats appeared to have been aged properly and were very tender. The wine list offers a good selection. We had a Mexican merlot. The flan I enjoyed for dessert was La Silla's riff on a traditional flan with white cake. Scrumptuous! The service throughout our meal was attentive without being obnoxious. It's rather nice to eat in a restaurant where you are not pestered with overly familiar wait staff.Put La Silla on your list. You will not be disappointed.

Very bad service, had to look for the waiter every time we needed something, and if you complain about it to the heads of the restaurant they treat you like you do not know what you're saying. Everything is overpriced for what they offer, they do not know how to treat the meat. But of course they automatically charge a high tip from your card.Hi eddy9215 we're very sorry to hear this, we sent your comments to our management to guaranteed this doesn't happen again. The tip it's always optional at Mr. Pampas, if this happens again please report your waiter with the manager. We hope you can give us another chance in the future.

Usual Argentinian Steak House, a little bit fancier maybe but for no reason. The food was good, the service a little bit snobbish. Seating in a covered courtyard uncomfortable due noise and lack of room. Anyway, the food was good and as expected.

"La ChoripanerÃa" is a true Uruguayan concept of "choripanes" and "empanadas". Beer, wine, fernet, alfajores and some other Uruguayan delights in Puebla City. Very relaxed atmosphere, chill service. Get ready to try the first and best "Chori-Picaña" of yo

My Fiance and I ate here after a three week working trip to Puebla and La Estancia never disappoints. Beyond the incredible meats which are out of the world, the service here is fantastic. Our main server, Luis, who speaks perfect English was overly helpful as was his right hand man Jose. The service doesn't stop at the table, the best bathroom attendant I have ever met works here, Mr. Apolina, who runs around the bathroom making sure you have everything you need to enjoy your meal and party. A must go to Everytime we are in Puebla, La Estancia never disappoints.
