I was looking forward to eating at this restaurant when we arrived but was quickly disappointed. The appetizers & drinks at the bar were great & the bartenders were very helpful with local information. When we moved from the bar to our table was ehen the vidit went downhill. It took us over an hour & fifteen minutes to get our food & not all of it was correct when it arrived. The manager did correct the mustake & was great. The kitchen just did not have their stuff together

Texas de Brazil is a Brazilian steakhouse, or churrascaria, that features endless servings of ï¬ame-grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and Brazilian sausage as well as an extravagant salad area with a wide array of seasonal chef-crafted items.
Our first visit to this one, but we have been to others in the chain and had top-notch experiences. With reservations, we were seated as they opened. My daughter is gluten and dairy free. When we told the waitress this, she went and got the Executive Chef, who came to our table, talked to us and then walked us around the bar telling us what was okay and what was not. A lot on the cold bar was okay for her, but most of the hot bar was not. All of the meats were gluten free, but some had a parmesan coating and they are good at telling us when they come around. The potatos au gratin from the hot bar were cold. When I tried them again later, they were warm. My guess is that the warmer it sits in had not had time to warm the food yet.The real problem we had was that the meat servers were not trained to look at our cards (or chose not to). We like to eat a full plate from the salad bar before getting any meat, so we left our cards on red. We were harassed the entire time by multiple servers who basically ignored the cards. Some of them left us alone when I said "We are not ready yet." While we were at the bar, my daughter went back to the table first, and one of the servers practically knocked me down to go ask her if she wanted the meat. (Again, the card was on red.)After we were ready, we turned the cards to green, we got a lot of meat, and then turned our cards back to red. Then, when only one of us wanted more meat, she turned her card to green and multiple servers came by, looked at her card on green, but still kept walking. So, we all turned our cards to green to see if that helped. It did, as servers then came over. The food was good as usual (except for the cold potatos) and the other service was fine as well.
