Blind Dog's menu has a little something for everyone including soups & salads, fresh fish, oysters, red meat, vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes, their famous mac and cheese and of course, their raw bar. A former lumber company, the gorgeous interio
From the moment I walked in I knew I would like this place. Vibrant atmosphere, great bar, interesting people, and very friendly bar staff. I had the miso soup and the âdreamloafâ â a meatloaf with mashed potatoes, gravy, and creamed spinach. It was so good, the best meatloaf I have had in a long time. I wished the wines-by-the-glass list was more diverse â the list of reds was short and mainly West Coast. No French, Spanish, or Italian wines by the glass. Nonetheless, a great dining experience. Thanks Ron for letting us know about your visit! The Dreamloaf is a local favorite and the creamed spinach is my grandfather's recipe. Our wines by the Glass program is a bit scaled down in the Summer months. I do admit we are very American Wine heavy. With California and Washington so close it is hard not represent them. We will have to try harder in the European selections. Thanks Again!

Went with wife, sister and brother in-law. Service was very good. Wife and I spilt the butter nut squash ravioli which was fair. Also had the short ribs and mashed potatoes, excellent. Sister had corn chowder which was also good. Brother-in-law Had the short ribs as well. Have fun

I visited here a few years ago and was disappointed. Well, the restaurant is consistent because I was, once again, disappointed. The miso soup was so loaded with salt that everyone returned it, but it still appeared on the bill (unforgivable). Almost, everyone has their main course redone in some fashion because it was prepared incorrectly. And, we were only the 2nd table occupied. I donât think Iâll go back again. The only good new is that the patio is dog friendly.

Some colleagues and I had a nice dinner here -- great service and highly interesting decor with amazing photos of Wild Bill Cody and others from the west of a different era. Great salad bar, nice wine list, and diverse menu -- lots of steaks, halibut, meatloaf, and more. I was a little disappointed with the halibut -- maybe it was the glaze -- but overall a very good dining experience.

Went for the live piano/singing; the service and food were icing on the cake! We sat at the bar where Tom, the bartender, took excellent care of us. It's easy to make new friends there, as everyone at the bar seemed like we'd known them for years. And the food...excellent steaks, cooked to perfection! Definitely the perfect ending to our week in Park City!

Edge is a great steakhouse! Modern elegance. Delicious steaks. We loved the famous Snake River Wagyu they feature. Excellent steak tartare with hassekback caviar, then the Zabuton cut-a filet mignon styled cut, but with more flavor and texture. Tasty truffled mac n cheese. Delicious popovers. Nice wine list. Great friendly service. Highly recommend! Dear Guest,We appreciate your wonderful feedback about your meal with us! I live in Park City. I have eaten at most restaurants. Due to seasonal business here (Winter and Summer are busiest time of year). many restaurants are inconsistent in their quality. This is an expensive place to live, and sadly most people in the services industry have to commute a long distance (e.g. Salt Lake City). Because of the challenges of seasonality, low base wages, and high employee turnover, and restaurant can go from great to fair immediately. Not Ruth's Chris. I have never had a bad meal there. No surprises. No getting serve in shifts, when one guest is served, then another later. This place is first class.
