This place has the best products, all local and amazingly fresh. Also the staff are friendly and experienced, and the cooks know how to handle meat and fish properly. The recipes are traditional classics with a twist. Vegan options available if that's what you are into. The atmosphere is nice and it's never too full that you can't find a table. The kind of place where locals would take you for proper Asturian food!!

We were recommended this place by our hotel. The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Best chimchurri sauce I've ever tasted!

Parrilla Tierra Astur Parrilla cider presents a wide gastronomic offer based on Asturian products and grilled featured in all commercial formats we propose: skewers made at the time from our grill, hamburgers with bread - home made cake on the grill, fish
Well on entering the place we thought wow - how amazing - till we got the most ridiculous waiter! He has consistently poor may I add - there was no good point. The food was ok - steak cold, no pan - but at least they charged for it and rubbish service throughout!

We were invited to dine at Casa Arturo to celebrate a dear friend's birthday with the whole family. This is a restaurant that our friends have supported for many years, including through some lean years in Spain (when they were the only diners some times), they have eaten here regularly and have also brought many business clients to lunch meetings here. We started out fine ordering appetizers: endive with anchovies, specialty mushrooms (setas, delicious), scallops (which were overcooked), and then as our main meal: nearly raw beef (chuletas and entrecot) for the whole table, brought on very hot plates so we could sear them ourselves... a nice idea in principal. After the appetizers were delivered, things went off... the waitstaff brought the fried potatoes and roasted red peppers a number of minutes before the meat (they should come after the meat is delivered) so they were cold by the time the meats arrived. We watched as neighboring tables received their meats before ours arrived (and we had arrived at the restaurant well before they had). We also noticed that the quality/piece of meat we received was clearly not up to the same standards as the meat that other tables were getting. This was not acceptable and while the waitstaff apologized, they did nothing to remedy the situation, they did not offer to cover the wine, or cover the costs of all the desserts/coffee. Nothing. What made this all even more painful was the fact that our friends had been, for many years, dedicated clients of Casa Arturo... they were certainly not treated that way.
