Been going to this location for over 10 years. Service was good. Sides still good. Steaks have changed. I think they are pre-cooking the steaks. I mean cooking the steaks then finishing at order to improve the throughput of orders. Quality isnât the same. Not even close. I ordered med steak. It was well. My wifeâs too was ordered med but came closer to rare. It was a tough and gristle filled piece of meat. They replaced the steak once they figured it out. Iâm just not liking the shortcuts Iâm seeing. Oh well. Peanuts and beer will only carry a steak place so far.Time will tell.

This is a restaurant where steak is the star â where great steak is the rule, not the exception. Mahoganyâs steaks are the finest custom-aged U.S. Prime Midwestern Beef known for its excellence in marbling, texture and flavor. We broil it exactly the way
Iâve been here several times. Reasonably priced for a nice steak house $500 for 4 guests âstill a pretty restaurant. Somewhere along the line the staff have been missed used that being rude, aloof, pompous are substitutes for courtesy and service orientation. What a shame. I will not be back.

Just about every Uber driver we talked to recommended this place. The restaurant was only a five minute walk from our hotel. So we decided to try it out on our final night in OKC. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and led to our table almost immediately. We preferred an inside table because it was quite hot outside. We could not help but notice that the entire décor attempts to invoke a New Orleans theme that felt a little out of place here. The Food and Drink Menus were large, but we stayed with the tried and tested â Alligator Bites, Popcorn Shrimp, Gumbo, Black Magic Catfish and Fried Catfish accompanied by Chardonnay and Perfect Margaritas. It was a little too much food, but, unfortunately we could not carry any back to reheat since we were leaving the next morning. The ambiance is casual and friendly, and the food and service are good, but not extra-ordinary.Glad we had the chance to stop in, at least once.

Texas de Brazil is a Brazilian steakhouse, or churrascaria, that features endless servings of ï¬ame-grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and Brazilian sausage as well as an extravagant salad area with a wide array of seasonal chef-crafted items.
Our son treated us to a delightful, relaxing meal. The salad bar was extensive. The real delight was the wait staff who was attentive making sure we always had food! They walk from table to table with racks of meat. Lamb, chicken, pork and beef with various seasonings. Truly an extraordinary experience. You walk into view a floral arrangement you would expect in Vegas. A special occasion indeed! ABSOLUTELY no rush.

This is a restaurant where steak is the star â where great steak is the rule, not the exception. Service will be outstanding but provided in a casual, less intimidating fine-dining atmosphere.
Based on the website my husband and I came here for dinner. 150.00 bill cold food slow poor service. I wonât be back. We waited 30 min for our cold steak. We told the manager our food is cold. He could care less. Go somewhere else. Not a top rated steakhouse. Here is my husbands review. OKC needs a Ruths Chris, period!!!I sincerely apologize for your recent negative experience with us, and I know our management team will want to make this right. Mickey Mantle's is a classic steakhouse with a contemporary American flair in both menu and design. Our dramatic 10,000 square foot restaurant dazzles with a compelling chef-driven menu. We offer an extensive wine list with over 500 quality selections foc
Bottom line is the food is great. For my visit I sat at the bar which has a full menu. Service was great as expected due to a limited number of guests present. The restaurant had what I thought may have been a cigar type scent to it, however I did. It see anyone smoking inside and did not have any idea that the smell was actually cigar. It is possible that it is just the odor of the location. Not an issue, but you should be aware.I did believe the wine was a little over priced. Overall, still highly recommended. Thanks for the feedback! We are glad you enjoyed the food and service! Our bar is actually a cigar bar, so that is the scent you picked up. There aren't always guests smoking, but it is an option. Our dining room, however, is non-smoking and has a different ventilation system if you'd prefer that during your next visit.

It was a late celebration that was almost ruined by Bigots. The Sraff was friendly and accommodating the food was Excellent and the sides were large enough for the four of us. Although the Bill was almost as large. it was a Beautiful celebration and we felt very welcome by the restaurant. The lighting was a bit too dim but the fireplace seating was excellent it is not an everyday haunt but it is great for those splurge celebrations. Like anniversaries or proposals. I only gave it three stars because the prices were a bit much

We are now located in a new and improved location on Meridian. No longer located on Reno, just minutes from the State Fair Park and Brockton! Locally owned and managed for over 25 years!
My wife usually has the sides which are very good she likes their cobbler because it's cooked properly and not doughy the coffee is fresh the only problem is a lot of the food there is fried! I had the ribs and shrimp combo which was very good the coleslaw was also very good and not too much mayonnaise or too much sugar but just right their shrimp is crispy and delicious the fries were fresh the service was excellent the only problem is the food here is a little pricey but very well made

Red Prime Steak brings Dry-Aged beef to Oklahoma. Red Prime Steak specializes in Prime Midwestern beef, Kobe beef and Buffalo, which underscores Oklahoma's proud Indian roots. Only the boldest rubs and spices are used to enhance the flavor of the steaks.
As a solo female traveler staying at the Hilton downtown, I was looking for a great steak safe and withing walking distance of my hotel. Red PrimeSteak was a great choice. I had a reservation which I would recommend. Service was quick and attentive, there was no squirmyness or trying-to-hide the solo diner which I appreciated, and the ambiance was interesting -- red lighting. I enjoyed the variety of crusts and sauces which could be added to the various cuts of steak. I'd like to return just to try more! The flash-fried spinach, though, was my favorite -- salty and paper-thin crunchiness. Yum!

Went here with a small group. The service was good and it was kind of a neat atmosphere to the place and the blue cheese dressing was phenomenal. The steak, however, was very tough and not high quality meat. Thank you for your note. We are very sorry to hear of your disappointing experience. Meat is a little like people, the outside does not always reflect whatâs inside. We do work very hard to purchase great beef to cut into our steaks. As much meat we go through, we once in a blue moon get a piece that is not up to our standards. Unfortunately, it sounds like you were the unlucky recipient.
