This is our go to restaurant when in Odessa. Steaks very flavorful and quite reasonably priced. Service is a little sllo. Our waiter admitted they were underhanded and it is so difficult to get workers. Same every where else in Odessa. We usually get the senior meal as we just can't eat a large steak any more. With the Rolls and cheese block, a very filling meal for us.

Arrived on Sunday, Jan 21, around 11:30. Didnât have to wait, which is unusual. Restaurant was crowded. Seated at a 4 top with some friends. Took a while to get drink order in. Took another bit to get food order in. Took about 25 minutes to get food to table. I ordered half rack ribs. Came out Luke warm..very tough. Bar-B-Que sauce looked like brown paste. Ordered sweet potatoe with marshmallows. Marshmallows were burnt to a crisp. Wife order delivery 6 ounce steak. Came out barely warm. We had stopped going to Texas Roadhouse sometime back because of the food quality. Had to wait another 20 minutes after we finished meal to get our ticket. Got a gift card for Christmas and decided to try it again. Still hasnât improved. Wonât be back.

Gay interracial couple. Passing through heading to New Mexico. Salt grass steakhouse. Yes we have them in Austin. Steak was ok. Too much fat on it for a $24 ribeye. Service. Well. â Victoria â was not good. She was very short and dismissive with us and we saw her laughing and carrying on with the table beside us then s ting very weird towards us. We know this is a very conservative west Texas town but donât we deserve respect and decency? When it was time for the check she says â so whoâs paying tonight !?â Excuse me. Iâve worked in restaurants before and know that you place the check in the middle of the table because you never know who is paying. Strange. Unacceptable actually. We still gave her a 20% tip but this must stop. You are performing a service and you must treat everyone with respect and decency. Shame on you Victoria and management for allowing this type of behavior.

My customers love this place and the first time I went here the food was awful I actually didn't eat my food.....this time around it was ok, I decided to order a cheese burger and fries and it wasn't bad....they give you like a half of bag of fries which is great if you like grease dripping from them but what turned me off is that they were warm....I hate warm food!!! I know I didn't complain because I was only ate 4 fries and left them alone....the prices are high...service was good and the burger was cooked like I wanted it...will I try it again....maybe...
