This is a steak house that does not have prime rib on the menu. Food was just OK, overpriced, silverware dirty. Limited wine selection. Just one chardonnay by the glass. Hadn't been there for some time. I rememberd it being better but this was my last visit.

Had the patty melt lunch special. Sandwich wasn't too bad, but it was served with like 6 flavorless fries that could have cooked longer. Service was less than stellar; waters never refilled and waited like 15 minutes for the check. Thankfully we had cash because who knows how long it would have taken to get a receipt. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry you were unhappy and we'll be discussing your review with our staff. I love Canton, but have never tried Osaka. I love this experience and the food, and Osaka didn't disappoint!! Our server did not have clear English, but let's remember where we are, a Chinese restaurant!! He repeated back our orders and even the chef did the same before he began. We loved it all, food was great, very pleasant staff, will return!!
