Let me first start with the pro's: The drinks were well poured, the service was very good, and the food portions were more than generous. When my plate of perch came I was pleasantly surprised by the portion. It was 3 good sized butterflies for a single order. However, upon eating the fish, I found the predominant flavor to be grease. I ended up picking most of the breading off the perch, which was a LOT, and my fingers were very shiny after doing this, despite it not being a thick batter style breading. Also, on one piece of perch I ended up picking 13 fish scales out of my mouth. GROSS! The fries appeared to have been fried more than once and very greasy. Later on that night when I would burp, all I tasted was grease. My wife's prime rib was a good size portion and she said it was very tender but quite bland, including the Au Jus. I really wanted to like this restaurant because of the location and the portions, but it's not a place I would ever want to come back to.

Came here on a Thursday night right at opening time and was promptly greeted by the friendly bartender and my friendly waitress Marley. Service was prompt in the dining room with a smile. I ordered two fettuccines, one seafood, with scallops and shrimp, the other chicken Alfredo to take home, both on a Groupon coupon. The salad bar was average, with a couple of cheese spreads, one that appeared to be a cheddar cheese (which I didn't try) and the other a white cheese with sweet basil, which was good, but don't use the garlic bread, instead use the crackers. The garlic bread overpowers the basil, whereas the crackers compliment it well. The chicken salad was a little too salty for my taste, but everyone's different. You have a good selection for building your own salad. The seafood fettuccine was pretty good, but being I like strong flavors, I could've used more garlic (although no one would've liked me lol). The chicken Alfredo was pretty good. The restaurant looked clean, though the outside looks just a little old. The prices aren't too bad. One thing to keep in mind is that gratuity is included on the bill, so if you want to tip more, please do. Overall, I think I might go back if in the area.

Came here on a Friday night before a concert at the nearby PAC. I had the petite filet and my friend had the walleye. We also ordered the a la carte risotto and garlic mashed potatoes. The meals did come with a complimentary salad and bread as well. The bread and salad were really good. I enjoyed the French dressing on my salad even though it seemed more of a vinaigrette. It was tasty! The petite filet was a nice size and cooked perfectly. My friend also enjoyed his fish. Both sides were good too. Last, but certainly not least, our server, Susan, was very attentive, respectful, and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
