Poor imitation of Texas de Brazil. Salad bar was good but still overpriced. Meat was a disappointment. No matter what kind of beef you tried it was tough. Was close to hotel and did not feel like driving. Given the quality of meat will not be back. In the end not worth the moneyHello Disgusted012, thank you for visiting Rioz Brazilian Steakhouse. We have always enjoyed the food, the service and the ambiance.Tonight is no exception.It is a locally owned restaurant where everyone is made to feel welcome. We chose to sit at the bar where Emily took great care of us,In addition to a wonderful meal, we had Steve (the owner,) assist us in picking just the right wine. His recommendations were spot on! We have promised ourselves to become regulars. Yes...it is THAT good!

The salad was not fresh. The lettuce had brown edges. We let the waitress know and she responded with a sorry. The waitress was new it appeared If so, she should have had someone to work with her and train. The baked sweet potato was cold. We were not served any bread. We had to ask for it.

Food was great but the service was not only poor but rude. Our waiter, who was unfriendly to begin with, forgot to bring our salads before our meal arrived. No problem, we understand that these things sometimes happen. When he stopped by to check on us, halfway through our meal, we mentioned not getting the salads. He said he could bring them to us now. We asked if we could perhaps get dessert instead. He said sure, he could do that (but no apology). When we ordered our desserts he literally laughed and in a condescending manner told us the desserts were way more expensive than the salads and that he couldnât do that without getting the manager involved. We said weâd be more than happy to speak to the manager, so off he went. We were so surprised by his rude and most unprofessional attitude we decided we would rather not have the dessert anyway. He came back and said the manager said we could have the desserts. We told him weâd changed our minds and would just like to have the check reduced appropriately. He came back with the check reduced by 25%, fair enough. The manager never bothered to come and speak to us. Very disappointing.

We had one of the best dining out experiences. We had very little wait time. The staff was very nice, courteous and helpful. The food even came quickly and the cooks did a great job, everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. Our waitress and other staff were great, checked on us regularly meeting our needs. This place is always busy at this location and for everything to go as perfectly as it did really made our dining out date night a good one. We were very satisfied and will definitely return again.
