Usually when one goes out to eat fir a Holiday meal things tend to be lacking.CONGRATULATIONS TO A GREAT STAFF ANG MGMT.The food, service, attitudes of all staff were the BEST !!!!!!The filet served to both of us just dissolved in your mouth, doneness of the meat was perfect, and waitress was good too.

Overall, this was a good but not great experience. My wife and I came on a date tonight. The hostess greeted us at the door and asked how many were in our party but not anything about our seating preference, and she initially instructed a waitress to seat us at a less than ideal center table. We asked for a booth in a quieter spot and were accommodated quickly enough, although we did have to ask two or three times to be moved to a nearby, empty booth instead of to the bar area. The first waitress was friendly and accommodating, but our relocation switched us to a different waitress. Service (hereafter from the second waitress) was prompt, capable, and friendly. She brought us extra bread and checked for refills frequently. When another staffer delivered our food, a side dish was forgotten; we casually notified the waitress, who apologized and quickly reordered it. She reported to us that it had been addressed and stopped by again with a follow up, saying that the manager herself would be bringing it soon. The manager came with the item and apologized for the oversight, and we said again that it was fine and a minor issue. The waitress came to ask whether that item was also satisfactory, as she had earlier for the other food. No complaints whatsoever, and we were very satisfied by their handling of a simple oversight.Meal wise, the mushrooms and loaded baked potato were delicious. The coconut shrimp were crispy and very tasty. The âseasoned and searedâ prime rib was not as good: thin, a little tough, a little over cooked, and much too heavily salted and seasoned. I usually consider prime rib too bland, so I had thought this would be a good improvement, but I was wrong; it was just far too salty for my taste. I probably wouldâve been more satisfied by the porterhouse or a different steak.Overall, it was a good experience, and although the meal itself couldâve been better, we were very, very pleased by the service from the waitress and manager.

The best way to try out this restaurant is to take advantage of the Monday to Thursday $9.99 special. You have to be in the door before 6:00 p.m. on those days, so go as early as you can - need to be in line by 5:00 to be sure. One time they weren't sure we would be in time so I asked if being in line still qualifies and they won't honor it unless you are SEATED by 6:00 p.m., so we went elsewhere that night. We are glad we came earlier another time and gave them another chance as the food was amazing for the price! I selected cheap eats below because I think this is the best way to enjoy this restaurant and with this deal you can hardly beat the price at a fast food place! Our server, Krystal, was great, too! Already planning to go back with friends next Wednesday!

Joined friends for dinner. Husband and I enjoyed Titos/cranberry cocktails ($7 regular, $9 tall), and then split the sushi/sashimi platter for two ($50) which came with two soups and two salads. Chef's choice for rolls; disappointed as we received what looked and tasted like 2 spicy tuna rolls - variety? Receiving two of the same thing was not expected; wished we had ordered separate roll choices and skipped the platter due to the duplication. Server was Alex, who was pleasant but seemingly spread too thin. Very loud as every seat at the four hibachi grills were filled - loud patrons. Overall average experience. Better local sushi options available elsewhere.
