Went to this large restaurant upstairs in the Cita centre with friends recently for dinner. The staff were very welcoming, efficient and spoke perfect English and the atmosphere was lovely.The menu was extensive and offered fish, meat and vegetarian dishes.There is a separate wine menu. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. The lamb for two dish was definitely big enough for two proper meals and the mussels marinara was very filling.This restaurant uses fresh produce and has a skilled chef who obviously loves what he/she does because the food was fantastic.I didn't use the facilities so can't comment on them but they are available. This restaurant is large enough to accommodate wheelchair customers and respects people with food allergies.I would definitely recommend this restaurant to fellow travelers for good sized portions, wholesome food and great value for money.First off all thank you for using your time to reviewed us.Our mission is to offer you a quality product that you can enjoy with the same passion as we do. Again staying overnight in Vecindario we entrusted ourselves to Iulian and his staff for sustinence and they came up trumps. My wife, not being hungry, had a starter of prawns and garlic. There was plenty and I sampled the dish which was perfect. I had the Dorado served with Veg as I generally eat fish in Spain and Iulian was lucky to get the bones back. topped off with a couple of beers and a bottle of water an enjoyable evening was had. Had a fabulous evening meal at El Guanches Grill this evening with my sister. The owner and restaurant staff are polite and really friendly. They serve exceptionally good meals and we had a great evening. Prices are reasonable, portion sizes are very generous. They go out of their way to make sure everything is ok with your meal. Would definitely recommend this restaurant in Puerto Rico and will definitely be returning.

Really wish we had found this gem of a restaurant earlier in our stay. We eat here two nights running and found the service, staff and food exceptional.We were made to feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble and the staff knew the food on their menu.I had a steak which was cooked to perfection and so tender, my husband and son shared a paella which got a big thumbs up.We don't normally op for deserts but pushed the boat out. The crème Brule was lovely but a little sweet for me, apple crumble was perfect but the calypso coffee also a little too sweet for my Husband. I would not hold this against them, its just as we have got older our tastes have changed and we find we can not tolerate high levels of sugar any more.On the second evening we eat early as we had a flight to catch. We were the only ones in the restaurant to start with, again all the staff, including the chef came to speak to us. The food was again exceptional. I had a prawn pasta dish that was light and delicious, my son the ribs which was huge and I did wonder if he would finish it all. He did but could not manage a pudding. My husband had a risotto followed by the apple crumble.I can not recommend this place highly enough.

We were staying on holiday in the area and wanted to stay away from the usual overpriced tourist trap restaurants. Found this place on TripAdvisor and so glad we did, the best meal we have had all week. The family who run it are from Uruguay so they know how to cook meat! The parillada for 2 (mixed grill for 2) is excellent value for £28 euros and easily fed three, 2 thick entrecôte steaks, chorizo, chicken , pork and some further cuts of steak served with home made chips, salad and the most delicious home made chimichurri. The staff were also so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is in the San Fernando area a few minutes after the market, so if you have a car get yourself over there you wonât regret it.Thank you very much for your opinion! We work a daily to get the best dishes we can and the joy that our customers value the quality of the food and our work! We are waiting for you at Candombe BAR! Had read the reviews and were keen to try it. First attempt on a Saturday night they were fully booked. Booked for Monday evening and we were not disappointed!!! Build your own burgers were phenomenal and hubby had the steak. All was delicious! Highly recommend! Service top notch and attentive. Not the cheapest food around, but you get what you pay for!

I visited this restaurant twice with my girlfriend over my week stay in Las Palmas. Had a long think about this over the last week and have to say the steak (vacio) is the best main course I have ever eaten. Sliced up steak cooked as you wish with homemade chips and a delicious roast pepper. The chimichuri sauce is also fantastic. For starters, the pastries are worth trying and a nice appetizer before the mains. The wine (my girlfriend tells me) was very nice, and I can vouch for the bottled Argentinian beer that they serve. I recommend the special Almacen dessert, it is excellent.A special mention to the owner who is a lovely and helpful man as well as being an attentive waiter who helped us choose our order the first time and happily welcomed us back on our return. I can't recommend this place enough and as a bonus it offers a real personal service and a very reasonable price.

WOW! .... if you are on the island if Gran Canaria, make it your business to get to this restaurant. Fantastic atmosphere, staff, setting and most importantly...food. Sublime starter main and dessert, all cooked in front of you in their bbq pit which is so professionally maintained. For couples itâs very romantic, for those of you who like the finer things in life itâs a must-visit: trust me.
