My hosts wanted to treat me to dinner, but at 9:40pm most Chinese restaurants in the vicinity were either closed or had stopped accepting dinners.We settled for this western restaurant and had a paella dish which was okay.The ambience and decor is also very nice.

The steaks are very tasty and the size is good for Chinese standards. The service is friendly, but difficult to find English speakers. The prices are friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant and you will usually find other expats too

After 3 weeks travelling Asia whether in main stream 5 star city hotels or some pretty backwater places this was the best meal of the whole trip. The staff were attentive, well spoken (English) the service was excellent and the food to die for. As good a meal as we'd have back home and similar prices. Going back again tomorrow.
