Superb place to go, beautiful pub with excellent food and drink. Had the roast beef, and it was plentiful and delicious. The rest of my party had chicken and pork, all our plates went back empty. Very attentive staff, and the addition of a Bloody Mary menu is a great idea. What a beautiful restaurant, we all enjoyed are lunch and a lovely bottle of white wine . We all had a two course meal and shared two desserts . £206 for what we had value for money but they donât charge for service so I gave them a £20 tip .Must say a very friendly place , very much felt like home .

Me and my best friend came in last night at 8:30, our welcome was brilliant, polite and gave us a choice of table. As we sat down we were asked if we wanted water on the table and if we had any allergies. On our behalf we werenât used to a posher menu, however we were helped with our choice of the rose bottle of wine. Selection of bread for 2 for our starters. Weâre waited on hand and foot.Mains!! So incredible, Pork belly and 11oz rump steak both cooked to perfection, the bbq sauce was nothing like we had tasted before! We were stuffed when we finished however you managed to change our minds.Deserts, I decided to go for the passion fruit cheese cake and lemon meringue pie, both were fantastic and we finished it all, we couldnât move afterwards! Our bill was all paid up and they thanked us for coming we really enjoyed our lovely evening with everyone that was working on the 31/8/19. Special thank you to dean! If weâre ever back over this way we will 100% there there! Thank you Red & blonde x
