Fleming's Brookfield, WI is an ongoing celebration of exceptional steak and wine.
The service was fantastic and overall a good experience. Four of us were there for my wifeâs birthday and unfortunately, her medium rare lamb came out well done. Our server was gracious and quickly remedied the situation. I frequent steakhouse across the country and while this is a good steakhouse, it is not a great steakhouse. Just need to be more consistent.

Mr. B's Steakhouse provides spacious, handsome surroundings with characteristics of an Italian countryside. We are a classic Italian Steakhouse featuring classic steaks and fresh seafood; offering only the best ingredients and service to create an unparal
I had a business dinner at this place after a while and I was disappointed to see how bad the restaurant developed in a year or so. The steak, exceptional in the past, tasted average if ever. Prices though remained high thus, the result in terms of value for money is now somehow halved!Donât go there as long as they are not back to the usual quality level, of is just not worth the money.

Horrible! French Onion soup was good but entree arrived 10 minutes after the soup and the waitress said she even kept it warming during that time. The food was arrived cold. Quesadilla was very skimpy, the burger was made without care. Pickles were stacked on one side, the tomato was cut 3/4 in on one side and nothing on the other. Sodas were never refilled and the manager(who was dressed like she was bussin tables) stopped by twice while we were eating and asked if we wanted a container for our food! The bathrooms were not in operation either and it smelled like sewer. This was our second visit and we will never return. (note first time we ordered steak, which was chewy and over seasoned)

Jake's has been our go to restaurant for visiting guests for many years. I am not sure what has happened but our last experience was not good. The service was quite bad. The waitress seemed more interested in the table right behind us than our table. We still had menus at our table after an hour. We had to move them to our laps when appetizers were finally delivered. In addition, the food proved to be not worth the high cost. One person in our party of 6 who has always loved their steaks was not impressed with his ribeye... it was not very flavorful and too thin. Our out of town guests left unimpressed which left us somewhat embarrassed as we gave it high praise. It was almost a full 3 hours before we finished. Very sad to see this happen to a Milwaukee icon restaurant like Jake's. I hope they get it back together.
It's a counter style sub shop so don't expect more. It can get busy at lunchtime. We had the Philly cheese steak and blue cheese fries and enjoyed both. Lemonade was very good also. Not too sweet and not too tart6
