We did the app and got in line. So we had little to no wait. Our waiter was John. He was fabulous !! We had smothered chicken and steak. Was really really good. Our only complaint this trip was the rolls. The host that seats you apparently is supposed to bring those. He didnât. When we finally got rolls they were very brown. Our waiter acknowledged that and asked us if we wanted others. But at this point we just ate the brown rolls. One thing that gets us every time is they do not offer any vinegarette dressing.

This is a very good steak shop located in the mall food court. It offers steak or chicken sandwiches with fresh ingredients and made fresh daily bread. They also offer a loaded baked potatoes.

To celebrate Mother's Day in advance for my colleague's mother, this place was chosen for our lunch gathering. This was my first time visit since 2012. We ordered one appetizer (vegetable tempura), pepper tuna tataki, chicken teriyaki bento, salmon teriyaki bento, and a 3-kind sushi roll.It was quite sad that most of our dishes were not satisfactory. The breading of vegetable tempura was soggy; the pepper tuna tataki was too bland with frugal portion; the chicken of bento was gummy; the salmon skin of sushi roll was soggy; salad was drowned in dressing; the miso soup was sour.Their interior was not pleasant, either. The seat cover of booth was torn and not well maintained.Our waitress, however, was attentive, maybe because she could speak Cantonese. If nothing improves in the future, I may not visit place again.

Have been here two times in about two months. Relatively new restaurant so it is clean and bright and very nice inside. The servers have been well informed and helpful and the food has been very good. This is a chain restaurant so the food quality is fairly stable. The service of the food hot off the grill here is a standout. Fresh, hot and cooked to order. We will be back.

Staying at hotel and walked over. Decent wait time to get to go order of salad with steak. Had to walk back from hotel again to get plastic utensils. Steak was over cooked and half sliced which was impossible to cut with plastic knife so had to bite off pieces. Disappointed. Hi Irene,Weâre very disappointed that your meal was not up to par. We had not been to Loganâs in a good while. It used to be my favorite. We were seated promptly. The booths looked newer than last time we were there. Every thing looked cleaner. The biggest disappointment yet was they no longer have the appetizer Shrooms ! One of my favorites. Well at least it was. I ordered teriyaki chicken, loaded sweet potato. The chicken was good. Iâve had way better loaded sweet potatoes- like at Texas Roadhouse. This potato was lacking. It wasnât even as cinnamony as usual. Service was good. Rolls were good. May or may not go back anytime soon. They need to step it up to compete with the other steak houses in my opinion.Hi, Chris.
