I ordered the bison filet. It was cooked to perfection with the right amount of red in the middle. Juicy and tender with blue cheese crumbles on top. I had the Brussels sprouts as a side very good! Service was ok but the food was excellent!Thank you for the great review, Gina! We pride ourselves on serving made-from-scratch food paired with genuine hospitality. We are so pleased to hear that we delivered. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Texas Roadhouse is a steak restaurant providing legendary food with legendary service. Texas Roadhouse specializes in hand-cut steaks, fresh-baked bread, fall-off-the-bone-ribs, and made-from-scratch sides. We also serve ice cold beer and legendary margar
Went with my family on a Thursday evening around 5:30pm. Although busy service was slow. I had to flag a waiter to get my waiter to take my order after almost 30 minutes. My waiter did apologize and said he thought he had already gotten our order and turned it in. It seem that there was a lot of playing within the staff. The busboy was constantly joking with some people who must have known him and other wait staff was joking around a lot. I believe in a friendly work environment but this was a little much. I never saw manager on the floor. This is a good place to eat, just needs some managing.

Old Hickory is a high-end steakhouse. It is very expensive but also very good. However, portions are very small! My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at the Gaylord and chose Old Hickory because we felt we needed a more romantic spot to celebrate our big day and didn't feel like Italian.Bottom line is, you cannot "get over" at this place and come out full. The portions are VERY small and the prices are VERY high. Even with sharing an entree, with sides, it is still very difficult to keep your tab under $100 for two people. We ended up sharing an entree and two sides. We ordered the bison entree and when it came out, there was more plate than food! FAR from worth the $58 considering you can go to Ted's Montana Grill and get a cut three times bigger for under $20.So we made do. It was very good, with the four bites I had from it, and the spinach and potatoes au gratin sides were excellent. But I had to wonder what was up with all the seafood! This is a steakhouse. It seemed like they wanted to push the seafood rather than the steak. The steak options are located in a small box on the second page of the menu. Our server, Scott, was very enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable about everything they serve. We can tell he has lots of high-end steakhouse experience. He helped add value to the experience, especially when he comped us dessert for our anniversary. The double chocolate cake and the crembrule were just amazing. So thank you, Scott, for your awesome service! If you don't mind dropping about $70 per person for small portions, then I highly recommend Old Hickory. Otherwise, head over to the sports bar where prices are more reasonable, but it's a much more relaxed environment because, well, it's a sports bar.
