If you are looking for a good place to eat and enjoy the time with your friends. This is your best option! *
We arrived just after opening time, yet were warmly welcomed. Alpaca and all things meat related on the menu. Big portions, all perfectly cooked over charcoal. The food was a no nonsense meat fest with appropriate Peruvian accompaniments. The surroundings could be described as rustic but at £9/head with a couple of beers whoâs complaining! On Jerusalem, one of the main drags into Arequipa city centre - don't pass it by!Thanks for your comment we are really happy that you enjoyed our food we hope you could share our restaurant and make more people enjoy our service cheers

We were delighted with our food choices when visiting Zingaro, the food was wonderful, fresh and flavorsome. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The food is relatively inexpensive, however wine is very expensive. I was surprised to see one of the chefs using a spoon which he stores in his arm pocket to taste the food and then put it back in his pocket. I did not see him once clean the spoon even though he placed it in multiple dishes. This was a little off putting.

Get away from the rubbish in the main square! Take a very pleasant 15 minute walk over the river or jump in a taxi, you will not be disappointed. We found this on TripAdvisor. All reviews are 100% accurate. Miguel's passion for his craft arrives as works of art on the table. Get in there soon and you may be lucky enough to have his undivided attention as he takes your orders, makes suggestions, prepares and presents your meal and joins you for a glass of wine afterwards. Nothing mass produced or bought in here. We went for the visually stunning and delicious trout carpaccio and beef heart skewers. Beef heart a first for me in Peru and loved it. Steaks for mains and more red wine for dessert! Miguel told us that he has help on busier evenings but we enjoyed the private dining experience! His limited English and our limited Spanish did not limit the enjoyment of a long, delicious and visually fabulous experience. Good luck to you my new friend, you have ability and passion, I look forward to seeing where you take this. For what it's worth, we ate at Zig Zag and Dimas in Arequipa, Fallen Angel and Cicciolina in Cusco. This is better! Thankyou

I ate at their local when they were located at the central plaza over two years ago, it was good then and so it was again. I ordered the 220g. "American Style Cut Lomo". I asked for it "medium well" not burnt or bloody. Cooked to Perfectuion ! It also did not have any fat on it, perfect. Meat was tender juicy and a treat. We ordered rice and two different types of french fries, all good. They had a decent list of South American wines I ordered a Chilean Cabernet which was decent. the bread they brought out for starters came straight and hot from the oven. The salad bar was frsh and extensive. Can Highly Recommend you come here if you like meat.
