Came here at 5pm on a Thursday. I had never heard of Buckley's and was brought here on a business dinner to impress a very important client. The organizer chose this place well. The atmosphere is very warm and our client could not stop admiring the podium at the entrance. The podium is made out of wineboxes and has a very authentic, custom decor. There are paintings on the wall that are artistic and for sale. If you venture into the attached gift shop next door, they support local artists and this is very important aspect everyone loved. The hostess and waitress staff were wonderful. Our food was cooked and ordered, starting with appetizers. Wonderful choices, quite a handsome selection of meals available on the menu. Our guest of honor was very impressed with the amount and quality of food. We started with appetizers, continued with the main course and finished off with desert. The display brought out of examples of desert dishes was quite impressive, as most restaurants are apt to show only photos and descriptive words. I love this place and cannot wait to come back!Wow, thank you so much for the great review! We are always thrilled to hear when a guest enjoys their visit, and we thank you for taking the time to let us know. We hope you'll join us again in the future!

I had not been to a Longhorn restaurant in years and was reminded why. We received gift cards and decided to drop in. Service was good. The food though...well everything was very very salty. Chicken wings, fries, prime rib, au jus,...all pretty much too salty. No more Longhorn gift cards please!

We have been here several times before and came back because we had a gift card to use. We had a short wait but then were shown a table in the bar area. Our waitress soon came and took our drink order. The drinks came quickly and she took our dinner order. Hubbyâs salad and the rolls arrived in short order. It was busy in there, but our waitress was attentive. Dinner came out. My ribs, mashed potatoes and broccoli were hot and tasty....nothing special, but ok. Hubbyâs steak had been ordered medium well, and the waitress had even said âwith a little pink inside?â And he said yes. It arrived over well done. By the time the waitress came back to check up on our meals over 5-7 minutes had passed and she agreed that it was well past medium well done and although she offered him a new steak it would have meant I would have been done by the time his came back out. A manager arrived a few minutes later and also offered a new steak, but he explained that although it was not how he had ordered it, he did not want to wait for a new dinner. We have always run into one thing or another hereâwrong sides, wrong drinks, long waits for our foods, too loud musicâbut nothing that has kept us away. This might be the end. We thought some part of the cost of the meal might be deducted, but it was not. I want to say again, the waitress was very good, but the food just wasnât worth the money.
