We sampled this restaurant during a visit to Villeneuve. The restaurant was very popular sitting as it does in a corner of the square. The owner / waiter was kept very busy managing all the customers yet you could not fault the attentiveness or service.The menu is Basque based and the food excellent. My daughter and I started by sharing a plate of aged ham - and we were glad that we shared it as it was a good portion. They did a half portion of prawns for my daughter as she did not like the menu enfant - this was at the waiter's suggestion. We all enjoyed the main courses.To be recommended for a good value meal.

Love the hearts of palm salad, pot roast, and meatloaf!!!! Great and friendly staff. Love the bar area- not as jazzed on sitting back in the dining area. Tuna appetizer and calamari are also worth a try!

La salle est décoré à l'Espagnol.Une vaste terrasse donnant sur la place permet de boire un rafraichissement accompagné de Tapas. En semaine un plat du jour est proposé.Certains soirs , un orchestre assure l'ambiance.Le patron est particulièrement accueillant.
