As always Con Pasion didnt disappoint. 2 visits with the wife in september, excellent service and food, beautiful wines, great prices. Spotless premises and fantastic knowledgeable staff. Chefs mixed platter for 2 is just SUPERB !!!! Nothing I didnt like on the platter at all, even the seafood was delicious and I dont normally eat seafood, sont know what chef did but it was fantastic! We stayed in the grand mencey hotel and walked into this fantastic restaurant close by. Well the menu is all in Spanish but the owner made us very welcome and explained to us their special Iberian hams.All the staff made a special effort to help us to choose their very special foods. All I can say is do give the his place a try the food is simply the best Spanish meal we have had at a reasonable price. We sat by the bar area watching the two highly skilled chef doing their cooking.Thank you very much for your words. We hope to see you soon.

we made a trip from our place in the south to the north to eat here due the the high reviews and were really disappointed...We had the 'tasting menu' which was ok but nothing really rememberable, oh apart from my wife having not one but TWO huge, we're talking 30mm long & thick, fish bones in a piece of fish no bigger than 50mm square...waiter reponse was "oh really" yes, that's all he said.....Best part of the meal, the red wine and that sums it up, would I return, your joking.I suggest if you want a really decent meal, go south and try the michelin star restaurants....

A real gem owned by a wife and husband (chef) team along the sea. The small restaurant serves wonderfully prepared food that is sourced locally. The preparation and presentation is 5 star as are the owners. Just stopped in for a coffee and was blown away. The Barraquito is to die for and presented in a most spectacular way.The varieties of tea is awesome.The hospitality is second to none and the ambience wonderful.It is a cloudy day but this does not detract from this wonderful place at all

We had a nice reserved table under a gazebo. Service was excellent. The owner explained each dish to us and we chose the 5 starters, all of which were delicious and nicely presented. Then we had various tapas, all of which was delicious too. For desserts we had 2 each and they too were lovely. From the outside, it looks quite dull, but when you come inside, you will expire the warmest atmosphere and an exceptional waiter who very gently and qualified guided us through our selection of food and wine. We followed his suggestions and had some really very good food, excellent prepared and seasoned.Whole wine bottles came on the table and we freely could take what we want - and when we paid, the waiter just looked at the bottles and estimated how much we have taken - and we paid just that.So we can fully recommend this restaurant - mainly for the food, but absolutely also for the atmosphere and the waiter!
