Have been going here for years, since they opened. Used to be much better. their flavor has decreased over the years. Not sure if they are using a new beef vendor recently; however, tougher, and less flavorful. We used to always have the same waiter; who was lively, smiled largely, had great communication, and really made us want to keep coming back. however, lately, although friendly, the waitors/waitresses do not speak much, just smile, and take orders. they need better personality in this restaurant to keep them going; especially when the food has decreased in quality. we used to like the mariachi singers, and other entertainment in the past; however this went away as well. the chips and salsa continue to be fresh, and yummy. the drinks are the same.

This place is full of locals and not much ambiance (concrete floor). I have lived in the area for three years and this was my first visit because this place is almost invisible to the non-attentive traveler. The kitchen made an error on my wife's order during our visit and the waitress noticed right away after our food was delivered by the expediter. She apologized and offered to replace it but my wife refused and the manager came over and apologized and removed her entire entree from our check. On the upside I had the tacos carnitas and a pork taco and they were excellent! They have a sauce and condiment bar and I will tell you (from a guy with an iron tongue) to watch out for that thin orange habanero sauce cause it is H-O-T delicious! My wife decided to give them another chance and she had no choice because I am going back for the DELICIOUS TACOS! Also be ready to decipher the menu if you do not speak Spanish as you may be like us and guessing a bit and the wait staff speak broken English but they are attentive, helpful, and the food is worth it!
