Nos sorprendió el sitio (positivamente); es pequeño, "cuco", con una decoración bastante buena y un servicio muy agradable. Tomamos un par de "suizos", y estaban buenos (aunque no sea algo que tenga mucho secreto).

Restaurant Can Cesc. Ens trobem situats al Cà mping Vall de Ribes, amb vistes a la vall. Tenim especialitat en arròs de montanya i productes de temporada, bacallà i carns a la brasa. Oferim menú diari de dimarts a divendres. Cuina tradicionalment familiar.

Una gran cocina tradicional catalana, con excelente gusto en su preparación y presentación. Cualquiera de sus platos será un gran acierto. No lo solo que tú pides, si no lo que ves pasar para otras mesas y que piensas que debes volver pronto para probarlo tú también. Pedimos un trinxat para compartir y un arroz meloso con setas y calamares... deliciosos ambos platos. Importante saber que las raciones, además de exquisitas son realmente abundantes. El emplazamiento del restaurante espectacular, con unas maravillosas vistas, naturaleza pura. La atención del personal, inmejorable. Servicio atento, rápido y eficaz. Precio más que aceptable. En resumen, genial todo!!!

Cal Ras is a small Restaurant in Campelles, a privileged environment in the Catalan Pyrenees. The restaurant is run by a family, the mother in the kitchen and the son in dining room. De escapada a Ribas de Freser (Abril 2019).. puedo decir respecto a la comida casera que pude probar de VE DE GUST que..El local de comida casera para llevar muy agradable, su dueña encantadora, platos y productos de calidad, además, la posibilidad de comerlos en el Restaurante del pueblo.. dondd está su marido. Los mejores bueñuelos de bacalao, que buenos! Muy recomendable!Comida casera de calidad con servicio familiar!

Recomiendo hacer reserva antes de subir hasta allà porque se llena. Allà arriba cuesta un poco encontrar parking ya que apenas hay sitio para dejar el coche. Los precios son bajos y el producto es muy normal, nada a destacar. El servicio está bien eso sÃ. Pero quizás veo poco personal en sala. La decoración del restaurante y el tipo de mobiliario es muy normal. Tampoco ningún plato impresionó, todos tenÃan un sabor y presentación muy normales. No habÃa nada diferente a otros restaurantes,lo que tiene es que es el único restaurante en esa zona ya que hay tres casas y nada más. Los baños no estaban demasiado limpios y eso que el turno de comidas acababa de empezar ( eran las 12:40). Lo que significa que la cocina tampoco tendrá mucha higiene, cosa que considero importante.

The hotel is absolutely fabulous. Our stayed started off a little bumpy as the lady we greeted us spoke zero English and our Spanish is basic. However after finally getting checked in, we were totally impressed with the room and high standard of accommodation. The hotel manager took great care of us and was extremely friendly. We ate in the restaurant and had the an amazing steak meal. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would love to return.

Based on TA's reviews, we intended to lunch at La Perdiu Blanca. However, while we were reading the window menu, a local came by and suggested Can Sart. Both offer set lunch menus for 18 euros (about $23). After a nice fettuccini appetizer, I opted for the salmon which was dried out and tasteless. My wife had a pork dish which tasted like beef stew. The highlight of the meal was the complimentary bottle of house wine which was really excellent. The other issue is when I asked the cashier to charge my credit card in euros, she charged in dollars resulting in an additional 5% cost. Next time we would stick with our original choice for restaurants in Ribes.

Best dinner of our five week gastronomic tour of Spain. Worth coming to Queralbs just to dine here. The service was impeccable with an English speaking waiter. Food was deliciously cooked with surprising marrying of ingredients. This restaurant is run by a family whose passion is for good food made with the best ingredients,is obvious in each dish.

The word has obviously got out about Anna's and despite a longish trek up through a succession of hairpins from Ribes de Freser, and extremely tight parking, the restaurant was heaving. Overnight snow had dusted the nearby peaks and the bright sunshine was so dazzling, the owners lowered the shades.They stick families with children downstairs, which keeps some of the chaos in one place, but were well equipped to cater for all ages. Highchairs, kids portions and a good measure of patience were all in evidence.Our grandson ordered the cannelloni, but pronounced it 'meh' and filled up on our starter and bread. They bring a platter of embutidos, cold meats, fuet, boudins, chorizo and cheese. You eat your fill and they charge you by weight. Easy.Our mains were hearty country specials, casseroled veal with mushrooms, lamb with apricots, and the 'mixed grill'. This last one was meaty orgy of lamb, sausage, chicken, and rabbit with not a veggie in sight.Anna, who I guess was the lady popping in and out, opens daily all year round and seemed completely unfazed at the sheer volume of customers. The guys waiting on us climbed and reclimbed a flight of stairs with every order and every table change. They must have thighs like mountain goats. Having completely satiated our hunger and thirst we paid a paltry sum for such abundance and set out on gentle ramble round Ventola.This is no-frills service and proper home-cooking, but definitely worth the excursion, and defintely book your table.

It is difficult to be a good restaurant but it is more difficult to be so good on the long run. Els Caçadors manages to achieve it.Today we had another great experience, both for the place, for quality of every single dish we took and for the service as well.The place was full and still they managed to deliver with an excellent quality.Rice, T-Bone, cod, snails... everything premium and yet a very reasonable price.No doubt it is the best restaurant in town.Tip: if you are a group of 8 people ask for the round wooden table.Illustration: grilled mussels for 9â¬Labels: $$, 2Eat, #catalan, #groups, #children, #mustGo
