Restaurants in Prado del Rey

Tried going here on a Monday only to find it closed. Later in the week went back as everything else seemed to be closed!! The entrance that google maps labels is not right - think it was a back entrance. We found the right place (opens 8pm) and ordered pizzas. There are a few tables inside but it's really just takeaway so not very nice inside for sitting to eat. We had to wait an hour for the food (went to nearby bar) but when we got it home it was delicious - good thin base pizza, lots of topping and still hot. Wedges were also very tasty. All excellent value too.

Repetiremos.

Almost the best perhaps. Best in service, best in hospitality, best in good food, best in wine with endless free tapas. Everything home-made by a fantastic cook in a little kitchen. Try the cheeks of porc and try to stay there for less than 1 drink. You won't succeed. Another best thing: watching football.

The view from the terrace on a grey public square - perhaps the ugliest part of this village - is far from idyllic, but the restaurant itself looks neat. The (small) salad was unremarkable, the plate/manger of fried calamari was fine.Service was unremarkable too, the bill including a small bottle of water came to 15 EUR.

A nice little local restaurant with a decent menu. There is an outside terrace with wind protection if needed. Nice helpful waiter and overall good experience

We were staying in the Hotel del Carmen and decided to try the restaurant. The staff had no problem with the two of us sharing both a starter and the main course (roast kid), and there was plenty for both of us. The food was delicious, and very good value for money. We enjoyed it so much we returned again the following day, and were equally satisfied.

The perfect place to enjoy homemade food typical of the area, ecological and self-produced in a friendly, family atmosphere.
We have eaten here on many occasions with friends and never had a bad experience. The welcome is friendly and genuine and the service excellent. Food is grown locally and prepared and cooked to order and the wine is also produced in Prado. Setas, asparagus and lamb are exceptional. No English is spoken but you can usually make yourself understood - if not just relax and enjoy whatever comes. Meal for 2 including drinks and tips around 35 euro.
