My husband and I had dinner at this restaurant last weekend and we were not overwhelmed. Chips were not crispy and the salsa was less than memorable. We ate tamales which were dry and chicken enchiladas with verde sauce that were mediocre. Our server delivered our food and abandoned us even though we were dining around 4 in a somewhat empty space. We finally flagged him down for a check. There have to be much better Mexican restaurants in Montgomery than this.

Love this restaurant and will be back with my extended family in July. The Empanadas were amazing little pies of goodness. The Arepas was stuffed with eggs and cheese and ham. So much food for an amazing price. The best part though were the pickled peppers in the jar. The staff were so professional and friendly but not evasive. Can not wait to try more of their latin cuisine.

Honestly, THE BEST Mexican cuisine in Montgomery. Always fresh, tasty, and inventive. The only place in town serving carnitas, Cuban pork, or huevos rancheros.
La Zona Rosa is easily the best Mexican restaurant in town. They have a very good lunch menu with a lot of options. The food is very cheap. You can get a good, filling lunch for under $10. Where else can you say that? The food is extremely good as well. I would have paid quite a lot more for the quality and taste of the food I received over lunch. Would definitely go back.
