Just outside of the town center. Nice atmosphere. Traditional. Stone and lots of wood. Fireplace for winter. In spring and summer, there is an open, covered patio overlooking a garden. Nice. Terrace heaters if there is a chill in the air.Food? I love this place and come whenever I am in the area. I always begin with the FRESH shellfish a ka plancha. Clams, mussels, jumbo shrimp. Baby scallops. Then steak, and lots of it. They bring the little grill to your table. Wonderful. What an aroma! The meat is aged, typical of the north of Spain. Decent wine list though not overly extensive. The price-quality relationship is what brings me back here. The food is great, the owners are nice, the restaurant is outside of the town center so parking is not an issue. This is one of my favorite restaurants. Unpretentious, nothing fancy, with great food. if in the area, don't pass up the chance to stop by.

We were looking for a place to grab a quick lunch on our way to Madrid, and found this place. The have tapas, a small menu or a 3 course menu to choose from. We had tapas, which were tasty. Friendly staff.

I was some days in Miranda and repeated this restaurant twice. They offer nice quality in small dishes. Their food offer innovative versions of traditional dishes. The timbal of eggs, morcilla (black pudding) and potatoes is really good, salads are not boring at all and desserts are incredible!!! The restaurant is not cheap but it is worth the price you pay for.Only one negative point: do not order tempura (too fried and oily)

Restaurant recommended by Tourist information when we asked for a steak restaurant and didn't disappoint.Located down a side street towards the river on the modern side of Miranda de Ebro with shop frontage that looked like a butchers shop window!!Meats and vegetables shown in the window and then side door took you up to the restaurant which was fairly spacious but a little empty on a Wednesday evening but service was good.We both had asparagus starter which was 5/6 white asparagus stems with a picked vegetable dip or mayonnaise which was delicious. I then had half a chicken and chips with hubby having steak and chips, both cooked really well and thoroughly enjoyable.Bottle of red that we chose was very good and will try and order when we get back home - Finca Monasterio 2009 which had a metal plate attached to the front of the bottle - very nice :-) and bottle of water - all in price 63 euros / £53.37Lack of vegetables with the main did concern but seems to be the norm across SpainWould recommend and visit again

This is a small bar (only available seating is on tall bar stools) which serves the most amazing tapas. The plates are a little small and expensive but the quality and flavours were fantastic and everything was cooked to perfection.

Order the specials. The tempura artichokes were delicious. The lamb was an entire leg roasted to perfection. Portions very generous. Service was wonderful.
