We open the bar 10 years ago. We offer a fresh and tasty food, with a gluten-free and vegetarian option.
This was not quite what I expected from the reviews but good nonetheless. This little bar is in the student district so is priced accordingly. No frills, but pleasant service and good food. Worryingly cheap wine, but actually quite drinkable! Am sure there are plenty of better tapas bars, but if you want good food at a reasonable price and are not looking for neighbourhood ambiance then this is a find.

Since 1985 The Gastronomo restaurant offers regional and international cuisine, best service and extensive wine list. Free Parking
Nice and quiet restaurant inside contrary to the busy, noisy traffic along this thoroughfare. The Gastronomo has been high in quality since the day they opened. They have a traditional menu but offer foie, duck, and tender lamb chops, among very well executed steak tartare ( my husband's favorite). Their rices are usually delicious. I say usually, because we have always had them so, but with rice, one never knows!A nice place to celebrate something. Tables are not too close. They also offer free parking in a small private garage just around the corner, but call to get exact address as if you are not familiar with the entrance you may pass it by. Easy access if you are coming down from Barcelona. Turn right onto Primado Reig. Bus 89/90 also stop nearby, I believe. This is a few blocks north of the Viveros Royal Park and Museo de Bellas Artes.

The menu at Ricard Camarena Restaurant (Michelin Star and three Repsol Suns) is a successful combination of taste, absolute respect for the product, an understated creative cuisine grounded in tradition with cosmopolitan and Mediterranean influences and b
We booked this restaurant for our wedding anniversary while staying in Valencia. On the morning of our meal, we got an email/whats app message to confirm our dietary needs. My wife is allergic to shellfish, which I already confirmed to them, and I re-confirmed this again when replying to their message. When we arrived at the restaurant, they reconfirmed that they knew my wife was allergic to shellfish. We both ordered the ten-course "Ricard Camarena" tasting menu but were then advised that my wife couldn't have it due to her allergy and they could not substitute some of the dishes with a non-shellfish option. She was advised to have the seven course "Synthesis" tasting menu. This resulted in her having nothing to eat for long periods which is not acceptable. We have been in other fine dining establishments before and they were always able to accommodate my wife. This restaurant was told numerous times about her allergy but were completely inflexible and unable to meet the needs of the diner. The FAQs section in their website states that they can adapt their menu if they are given plenty of notice and if the allergy is not too severe. Many people have an allergy to shellfish and it not considered unusual. To compound matters, they then proceeded to give my wife a starter containing squid which can be considered as shellfish with people with a shellfish allergy. They did replace this starter with a second dessert but as with some other courses, I was eating on my own. Ignoring all the above, the food was extremely underwhelming but we did find a nice bottle of wine to try to rescue the night. When we ordered a second bottle, we were told they did not have one so we had to go look for another bottle.Overall, we were extremely disappointed and were glad to leave.

What a gem! Celebrated my birthday here and the food was excellent, staff friendly, prices very fair considering the quality. Hope to return one day, there was so much that appealed. Good luck - you deserve to do well!

Went to this place because it was recommended by receptionist at our hotel. It was very busy but it was worth waiting. My first ever horchata was here and i didn't know what to expect but I liked it very much, in combination with fartons. I tried horchata in another place but it wasn't nice as this one so we went back to this place couple of times after. Parking is very busy and it is easy to scratch your car. Very busy in the evening hours and people are waiting to be seated.

A most unremarkable entry from the street but inside it was all action when we called by on a recommendation one Friday lunchtime. We were quickly found a table even though it was almost full, drinks and a menu del dia came quickly. We chose mussels which were delicious, tomato salad with tuna which looked good and we both had the local valenciana paella which was good and filling. Tiramisu and coffee and beer. The bill came to just â¬26. Excellent value. The kitchen and waiting staff worked incredibly hard and the whole service was excellent.

Excellent restaurant for Valencian rice dishes (paella, arroz meloso, etc.) For starters we had "tellinas", baby clams from Valencia, which were very good. Then we had an excellent "arroz meloso" called "arros amb fesols i naps", which was delicious. We highly recommend the "Torrija" with ice cream for dessert. Great service, as well. We will be back!

La Barraca de Toni Montoliu is an open window to the Huerta de Valencia for all those who want to try the best Valencian specialities, to know how they lived in a traditional Barraca , to discover how they worked the land not many years ago and to enter i
Great dining experience. This place is at a farm outside the city, very authentic and delicious homemade food. It is like visiting your Valencian grandparents. Most food and meat is fresh right from their garden. There is no menu and they serve what they have prepared. It was delicious and great value. We paid around 50 euros for two persons, but we ate so much food and also got some free desserts and digestive liquor. Awesome experience all in all.

This is a place where local Spanish go to eat with quality traditional Valencia dishes. I visited this place with a group of friends because of the recommendation of our Spanish language teacher in Valencia. The food was very good and service excellent! Definitely recommend!

Coffee bar, cocktails bar, spanish restaurant, pizzas, and special view in the fantastic Port saplaya landscape!!!!
We visited as a family for lunch towards the end of our stay in Port Saplaya and wished we'd done so earlier. The staff were absolutely delightful, so welcoming and particularly delightful with our young grandson who absolutely loved his meal, as did we all. The menu del dia was excellent and such good value - three courses for Euro12. Absolutely excellent!
