Went with our nephew for a later dinner. Very small place so ended up waiting outside for a table. We had a mushroom and something appetizer with fresh tortillas pretty good. I had mahi mahi tacos excellent. Wife did not like her food but does not like authentic Mexican.

PintxoPote is a pintxos (tapas) bar offering an authentic Spanish-Basque dining experience demonstrating the range of traditional flavors typical of Northern Spain. Here, you will be transported to the world's most acclaimed culinary region: the seaside r
The food is served in VERY small portions. However the food was good. We enjoyed the Chorizo omelette and the potato and onion omelette. The meatballs were okay, the ham was delicious but was just served on a plate-no prep needed. The steak plate was $48 and was much smaller than we thought but it was also very good. Our server was from Cuba and was kind and attentive. All wines are Spanish so you might want to know your regions to find one you like. They do not have soda or iced tea.Generally that is the theme - good food but very small plates making the whole dining experience very pricy for a satisfying meal.
I was very excited to see a Spanish tapas bar opening in Los Gatos! My husband and I went early on a Saturday night and did not find it hard to get a seat! The decor was nice and service was ok. However, the food was just not that good.FOOD:Brocheta de pescado - Skewer of jamon wrapped monkfish and prawns. This was ok but our prawns were overcookedPimfentos Rellenos - pepper stuffed with codfish. We both really did not like this dish. We had one other thing but I can't remember what is was. Maybe my expectations were too high! I plan to go back at some point and I am hoping they have adjusted their menu and cooking some!
