las mollejas, el pate de perdiz, los nÃscalos, los flamenquines, el queso curado, el chorizo de jabalà y ciervo........todo esta de lujo y el personal es atento y eficaz ; yo creo que es de lo mejor de la carolina

we were driving down from Madrid to Granada when my wife and niece insisted on getting something to eat. I exited at La Carolina and found Orellana Perdiz sitting on the east frontage road. the building was non-descript, but they did have covered parking - inside, the restaurant itself was quite nice. we arrived around 2 PM and were the only diners for about 20 minutes, then the place filled up with locals!!! what a nice find. there was one server for the entire room but he kept up very well, he was also friendly and efficient. Very good food, linen tablecloths, good service considering how busy it got. Veal filetes were excellent as was the Jamon Iberico and everything else we tried - salads are huge and quite artistic! This restaurant is now on my list for future trips, and we all enjoyed the break from the drive.

Segunda vez que estabamos por allÃ, servicio muy ágil y platos muy buenos. Ensaladas, roscas, calamares, calamaritos a la plancha, lagartito, todo muy bueno.

Ate here on a one night stop in La Carolina, because our hotel did not allow dogs on the terrace. How fortunate for us! The staff were friendly and welcoming. We were given many complimentary appetisers.......so glad we didn't order a starter! We had the Chuleton de Buey for two to share. It came already cut into smallish pieces with a hot stone to cook it yourself however the staff were on hand to get us started and cook more if we wanted them to. There were very tasty grilled vegetables too. A great, modern, clean restaurant and would definitely recommend

Welcoming, warm and very clean. Staff polite and very accommodating. Dog friendly with a charming inner courtyard for them to safely explore. Own personal integral garage, a massive bonus when loading the boot! Food authentic and great value. Would most definitely stop off again on our way to Malaga.

Food was fabulous. We did the daily menu and each serving was delicious. Loved the gazpacho. Dorado was superb. And deserts were delicious. This wa a great find for us on the drive from Granada to Madrid.

I don't often complain, and of course it was a hot day, but the young lady who served us deserves a boot up the backside! Never have I seen such a lethargic, slow, disinterested waitress! And to be honest, I've eaten much better pipirrana elsewhere, San Jacobos were not good. I am being generous by saying that the food in general was absolutely average.Wish we had made the effort to find one of the other restaurants in town.

Stopped here while traveling from Roquetas de Mar to Madrid - picked this restaurant by acident and what a lucky accident! We had the 'menu del dia' and the food was delicious. I don't remember the name of the first plate - it was like a pisto manchego and was excellent. Second plate was chuletas de cerdo ala pimienta - came with a white sauce, pimientos and patatas fritas - again excellent. Bill for 2 people was 22 or 23 euros. Highly recommended!!
