Location in the heart of downtown is great. The menu has a a wide range of Latin American food. For a group of people, get the adventura appetizer supplemented with the queso blanco. Favorites dishes at our table also included Susu's enchiladas, Josefina's tamales and guacatoastada.

Voted Best Mexican Food in the State. Everything made from scratch. Vegetarian friendly.
We had a nice visit. I tasted a swirl and a frozen margarita and both were good. Try to catch happy hour! The refried beans taste homemade and are quite good. The salsa is also tasty, but not perfect. All-in-all, itâs an excellent restaurant with good service. Go visit!

Weâve been to Hot Springs two years in a row and this is our go to restaurant in the area. Walking distance of most hotels in the area. Fresh food, quick serve and reasonable prices. Great for groups up to 12. Wide selection, chips and salsa complimentary.Good adult beverage selection.

We decided to try La Bodeguita for the first time today. Everyone ordered something different as is our custom when trying new locations. Everything was wonderful. My son got the Oaxaquena. My husband ordered the Ahogada. My daughter ordered chicken tamales. I ordered the Tlayuda. Everything was seasoned wonderfully. If you love cheese, I suggest the Tlayuda. The cheese dip was my favorite and we have tried just about everywhere in town.

Tucked away behind a flooring store, this authentic Mexican food restaurant and grocery store provides a unique experience with food prepared as you order it. Yes, they have standard TexMex offerings, but you go here for the real thing! Try their grilled tacos- numerous types of meat available- and ask them to top it with grilled onions and a jalapeño with cilantro and lime; and, get an order of guacamole made fresh for you- really cold beers- get a good Mexican one- or a 'real' cocacola made in Mexico with sugar, not corn syrup.took a business acquaintance here for lunch recently and the tab was $4.83- for both of us!
