Reviews on Spanish food in Galway, Province of Connacht, Ireland. For visitors, the best thing about Galway is that you can walk everywhere. As soon as you arrive, enjoy a walk through the city streets. There, you'll find lively pubs, independent shops and winding cobblestone streets packed with students, artists, writers and craftspeople. You may even hear Gaelic spoken. For a day trip, take a ferry to the island of Inis Mor. You'll return refreshed by the ocean air and Inis Mor's breathtaking scenery. Oh, and be sure to wear sunscreen on the island, no matter how chilly it is. (Just trust us, okay?)

I am a repeat customer of this restaurant and after a pre Christmas night out last year when we experienced poor service, I hastily wrote a review to complain..almost a year on and after several wonderful dining experiences since, I want to compliment all at BlackCat. The staff are superb and very attentive, food is just so delicious, gambas,Calamari, black pudding croquettes are amongst our favourites. Last night although very busy, the staff were on their toes and the buzz and atmosphere were just great...you could tell looking around that everyone was enjoying themselves. This is a cosy wonderful place and a must eat gourmet experience when in Galway...along with many locals you will see visitors from all over the globe. Special thanks to Mai and Esther....looking forward to returning soon.D&D Motley

The real Latin experience via Tapas! Head chef Byron Godoy Flores pays tribute to not only his Guatemalan & Mayan roots, but many Latin American countries in their traditional and often ancient cooking methods & techniques in his upscale and unique Sangri
Small little Latin Tapas Restaurant. Family run. Lovely staff. We had 4 dishes between two of us. We shared the octopus, duck skewers, garlic prawns and pratas bravas. My companion had the pineapple carpccio for desert and I had a mint tea. All declivous and very well priced.
