The welcome was very friendly and we got a nice table. Drinks were served quickly. When we ordered the food, the waitress asked if we are sure that we order two main-courses because the âmeat-plateâ is very big. So we decided to cancel the second main (burger). Also when we asked for a recommendation for the wine, our waitress did not mention the expensive one but brought us a cheap bottle (which was actually not even on the menu). The food was great. We got three different type of meat and a hot stone. All three pieces where great. At the end we found some white/green âthingâ on one of the meat. We asked a waiter what that might be. He explained that it is the ânormalâ grease but actually that should not be on our table â if kitchen would have cleaned the meat correctly. As an excuse he ordered little bit more of the same meat. While we were waiting, he brought an âoriginalâ piece of meat and showed us what kitchen should have done. And the meat he brought as an excuse was even better than wat we had before. So: great restaurant, excellent, helpful and friendly service. I will be back soon!!

Casa Paquita is the perfect place in Oleiros to enjoy a fantastic luncho o diner. A traditional cook with personality! We want you feel like a special guest..
There's absolutely nothing bad about this place. Excellent service from a welcoming staff. They bring you a delicious homemade butter and a purified water pitcher directly with the menu and you already realize you are in a great place. We wanted to try different dishes so we chose the following instead of main dishes: - Croquettes - Octopus (first time I really like the octopus other than in its traditional Galician way)- Zamburiñas (a sort of scallop typical from Galicia)- Red Tuna tartar (the best one I have ever had)- Apple puff pastry with vanilla ice-cream- TiramisuHonestly, I am waiting for my next travel back to Coruña to go back and try other dishes. With the coffee, aside of the typical complimentary moonshine every good Galician restaurant usually offers, they gave us homemade chocolate truffles. They didn´t compete with Swiss chocolates, but they were very much appreciated with our coffee. It is not cheap, but the food quality makes you feel like you really didn´t pay much for what you just got. Thanks you very much for your message, It was a pleasure to sirve you and know that you enjoyed it!

Gastro-Bar moderno con gran variedad de platos y diversas D.O de vinos, en especial gallegos Diferentes ambientes Apto para todos los públicos
Really enjoyed my dining experience at La Picoteria. The servers were all friendly and helpful and the place itself is modern and clean. Our first drinks order was served with complimentary stuffed eggs (huevos rellenos) which were totally delicious. The menu is presented on a tablet which is left at the table. Most items on the menu had a picture so you could see what you were getting. Great idea! We ordered the skewers of Langostina which were plump and juicy and served with a green mayonaise. Full marks for that dish. Sliced fillet beef on a bed of sauteed potatoes. Full marks again. Chicken dippers which came with a tube of homemade honey mustard mayo which were a tad salty for me but nonetheless tasty and presented in a very creative way. Pimientos de Padron cooked perfectly. The place was rocking the night we ate here which means they´re doing something right. Total bill including 2 glasses of wine, 2 beers and 2 G&Ts was 66 euros including tip. Great value, great atmosphere. Go!

I am a regular client of A Cepa & I can genuinely recommend it. The staff are very helpfull, polite & provide an excellent service, especially Luis. The restaurant has been restored to a high standard & it also has a good ambience. It has a variety of local galician dishes of excellent quality & freshness. I recommend the chipirones, zorza & salpicon.

Delicious food, perfect wine and really friendly staff who spoke perfect English (whilst indulging me in practising my rubbish comprehension of the Spanish language!) Definitely recommended!

Taberna Do Campo nace en Diciembre de 2013 después de un año reflexionando sobre nuestra experiencia en Madrid, donde durante cinco años trabajamos en un sector tan apasionante y complicado como es la restauración. La experiencia adquirida durante los 13
After arriving into Coruña airport we were looking for somewhere to stop for lunch and happened upon this place in nearby Culleredo, and were very glad we did! Food in Galicia is generally very good but also often quite traditional, with similar menus at lots of restaurants. The menu here was a little bit more adventurous, and what he had was exceptionally good: I would especially recommend the ceviche and fresh tuna salad. The service was also very good and prices were not high by any means. For any future flights in or out of Coruña I will be making sure a visit to Taberna do Campo is included!

I come here often and find this to be one of my favorite restaurants. Great seafood at very reasonable prices in a nice setting and with good service.

Authentic, local and not very touristic restaurant. We had the Rodicio Completo which consisted of unlimited salad buffet, hot sides and the main event, an epic stream of sumptuous mouthwatering meat. They grill 14 different types and cuts of meat and deliver and slice them at your table. And to finish it off, surprisingly tasty grilled pineapple! All for â¬18.50 pp. â¬22 pp including soft drinks and a glass of wine. No English spoken but very friendly staff!Gracias
