Was really looking forward to visiting the new site and having a lovely meal. However it proved very disappointing. I had the crayfish tail with garlic butter as a main. For the price - which I think was about £17 if I remember correctly - was THE smallest crayfish tail I've ever seen! It was cooked nicely but no way was it worth the money. The sauteed potatoes I'd chosen were an absolute joke: They weren't even sauteed but were 2 new potatoes cut in half, with some cooked onions....! Yup, so in the teeniest tiniest bowl (think tiny finger bowl) - I had just 2 new potatoes. Laughable. The veg (which we were told was to share between myself and my friend) amounted to 1 broccoli floret each, 1 new potato each and a cauliflower floret that I had to cut in half in order to share. It tasted just like veg that's been boiled ie, no seasoning and just bland. Really, really poor. It's simply not good enough to be this stingy with your side dishes. I honestly don't think I would ever go back as a result. I'm quite amazed at how people seem to rate this place so highly.

The food here is absolutely stunning and good value for money! The presentation is a little annoying as each dish comes out on a small plate and thereâs not much room on the table for anything to move. Quick service and good drinks too. The chicken and chorizo skewers are amazing! I would defo return.

Had a wonderful evening last night in our favourite restaurant with our friends down from Dover.Although it was only Tuesday the fresh produce on display had superb choices.I had the dressed crab with Marie Rose sauce to start. and Red Mullet for main..We all had some olives with our Marques de Caceres drinks at the bar when waiting for our meal. Our friends had salmon Goujons and garlic mushrooms to start shared and impressive quality Lobster for mains. My husband had king Prawns to start followed by lemon sole.We all had a salad, and lovely chips plus one baked potato for me..To finish off we had coffee and some tasty desserts, orange and chocolate cake, lemom cheesecake and icecream..with some nice liquers ..Our friends loved their meal ,service and venue and are keen to return..
