This is a wonderful little restaurant! It has very nice ambiance including a clean, contemporary look with clever lighting and choices of interior detail. We were looking for a simple meal that day so ordered veal hamburgers which were both unique and delicious. People sitting near us ordered more complicated offerings which looked outstanding. The owner works right along with his employees and never stops moving. He's also thoughtful and accommodating. We wish him well with his venture!

A stop for lunch which was very pleasant. Sangria and tapas are very good. A very calm location on top of the village but not to many tourists. Very nice place for lunch.

this is the higher end restaurant of the hotel. While it offers a la carte the menu is a much better deal. The menu changes daily and offers a variety of local specialities. there is also a monastery menu which is very filling. The servers are quite professional. Given the size of the portions this is definitely a one meal per day place. The atmosphere is very peaceful with views of the surrounding mountains through large domes windows. a special place.

We went to Fonda Carrera based on the great reviews it received here on trip advisor. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The location is nice, the service was ok, the 3 course menu was disappointing for 26 euros a head. The meat was chewy. The soups were basic. The starters ok. The house wine didn't have much body. The deserts were too sweet. The coffee was warm, not hot. Hmmm ;(

I was not impressed with the food of this restaurant. The meat of my sons had to much fat on it, which made that they did not eat half of it and the menu is very limited when you are a vegetarian, but I have to admit, that is pretty normal for a typical Spanish restaurant. I ended up with a veggie pizza, which was ok. To be completely fair, my husband loved this restaurant, but he is a typical meat eater :). The service on the contrary was very good and friendly and the price is reasonable, we paid 65 euros for the 4 of us. What has it going for them is the huge terrace with the trees, ask to be seated towards the back of the terrace,

Cocina tecno-emocional de montaña situado en Ainsa, villa medieval y uno de los pueblos más bonitos de España.
The food can not be faulted, amazing taste sensations, exquisitely presented, and many many courses, well worth the 50 euros pp. Definitely Michelin standard and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to all my friends and family. The only thing they could improve is to take more time at the beginning to make the most of the wonderful canape and theatrical experience in the wine cellar and if no English is spoken, then maybe have a laminated handout for participants to read so they can be part of the experience.

This is like a fastfood / bar type of restaurant. We were discouraged at first but when we tried the food, they were all tasty. I particularly liked the Callos. The bartender / waitress did not speak English but very very friendly.

Very well priced and good food. A little over salted for my taste but a welcoming staff, willing to take time with the non Spanish speaking people like us and had a genuine smile for us.Food was good, we ate outside and were entertained by a few colorful locals.
