Reviews on Spanish food in Arrecife, Canary Islands, Spain. Arrecife (/ˌærəˈsiːfeɪ/; Spanish pronunciation: [areˈsife]) is a city and municipality in the Canary Islands (Spain) situated in the centre-east of the island of Lanzarote, of which it has been the capital since 1852. The city owes its name to the rock reef ('Arrecife' is Spanish for 'reef') which covers the beach located in the city. The city also gives its name to the nearby Arrecife Airport.

The outlet was very busy but I got served quickly. Staff were polite and efficient. I had the most expensive burger and added a beer for 6 euros. Burger had everything but the kitchen sink on it which I thought was rather excessive but was my fault for ordering it. Burger was alright but I expected better owing to relatively high TA rating.Outlet seems to mainly cater for teenagers and young adults. The takeaway trade is thriving however parking outside is difficult owing to narrow streets.

We have often walked past here but it was always busy so we were delighted to get a table for 3.The restaurant is on the promenade with the beach just over the wall.No aircraft sound even though near the airport. The selection of tapas was excellent and reasonably priced with half portions available.Efficient and friendly staff who ensured we got to the airport on time !!We had a good selection of different flavours - white prawns ( amazing ),padron peppers, fried anchovies, Canarian potatoes, albondigas ( the best we have tasted ) and chipirones. With sparkling water and a glass of white wine - all for 47 euros. We will return.

This restaurant is not to be missed if you're staying in Arrecife ! The decor is very tasteful, the ambiance informal and relaxing, the food excellent and the staff friendly and professional. We dined here on Valentine's Eve and the evening was a very special one because of a combination of the above. We have been back 3 times to this restaurant during our stay in Arrecife because it's definitely one of the best in the city.Estimada Stephanie, Muchas gracias por su confianza durante su vacaciones en Lanzarote!Nos hemos sentido muy felices cuando hemos leÃdo su comentario. Esperamos volver a verle pronto por la isla. Saludos.

Tatty menus not a great start, mediocre food with undercooked tortilla, squid that we didn't finish & other completely unmemorable dishes.Asked for two glasses of cava and was served a small bottle of 'babycham' ridiculous from an island overflowing with amazing local sparkling wines.Someone needs a kick up the bum.

Very good, small tapas bar. Only a few tables inside though. Opted for the lomo alto with peppers, calamari and canarian potatoes. All 3 dishes were excellent! Very friendly service and all at a good price. Great find and will return on next shopping trip

Visited on the last night of our holiday for a special.meal. Had read about it on this site. Weren't disappointed. This restaurant took over the site that Lilium used to occupy before it moved to the marina. Nice ambience. Very welcoming and charming staff. Excellent food and at a good price. Can definitely recommend.
