We went with long-term residents who eat there regularly. Best part was to how our friends ordered - add a bit of this and some of that...and more guacamole partway through - and the restaurant did a great job. We found half-portions sufficient.Try the bean dip. And the peach drinks were wonderful.Good food, friendly service, nice view, fun ambiance.

First night in the US and staying in the hotel opposite we just needed something quick to eat. The restaurant looks very dated inside and whilst the service was smiley the food was distinctly average fayre. It did a job of re-fuelling hungry travellers but this wouldnât be my choice of stop for a meal out.

We liked the food and service was excellent, but the best part was checking out after our meal. You can use a small terminal on your table to pay your bill and add the tip using your credit card. No need to wait for the server to bring the bill and do the transaction using a credit card. You just do it on the portable terminal, get your printed receipt and then walk out. Very fast and convenient. We recommend this restaurant because it is located across the road from a newer outlet mall. The portions were very large so we both had take home boxes.

We stopped there for lunch. There were only two servers and lots of people. They obviously are overworked. The refried beans were very bland, actually tasteless. We were very disapointed in the meals that were served. I ordered a soft drink and was never asked if I wanted a refill. Our meals came and the next time we saw our server was when she brought the check.

Having tried both Durango and Chipotle, I agree with others who say Durango is a step up. One of us had a terrific chicken burrito, the other had a very good chicken salad. Food was very tasty, line where we ordered moved rapidly, and the cost was modest. We were there about noon. Despite the fact that there are many restaurants in the area, this one was very busy.

We went there tonight on Cinco De Mayo!Had to reservations and were told that we had to wait due to a lack of staff (this is a Mexican restaurant that was understaffed on Cinco De Mayo ) !!!Consequently, the service was terrible! Had to wait a long time for a simple Margarita! Tried to order another one and it never came !!The food , itself, was â ehâ !!!Will never go back !!

Upon opening, we had to side step the wet mopped floors upon entering at 11:35am. They advertise open at 11:30. The food was not ready, and they stated that if you wanted steak on the burritos it would be another 15 minutes. Im puzzled why they would not be prepared and ready for business according to the hours posted on the door. After speaking to the Manager, he stated feel free to call corporate, im not worried. Wow! I wouldn't want that attitude running any of my business's. We left and took our business elsewhere. I spend my money where people appreciate it. This place does not qualify.
