This Mexican gem is tucked away in a strip mall off busy Jefferson Davis Highway, and easily missed unless you know about it. That's a shame because the food is about as authentic as you'll get in the States. I've eaten all over Mexico and know the difference between the real deal and the cheesy glop served in supposedly authentic Mexican restaurants. The tacos, enchiladas and burritos are all here, and they're delicious, but we always go for the fajitas, carnitas and more innovative dishes. Service is friendly and efficient, and the place is attractive with plenty of easy free parking.

This place offers your usual Mexican menu but it comes with excellent service and a great taste.The rice and beans are amazing; the prices are very cheap; and we were very happy to happen to come on a night where kids ate free (1 free kid per adult).The servers both time were very friendly and quick to fill out drinks; they really take care of you here and you will be happen you came.Pictures are meals from both dinner and the lunch we had along with the checks.Definitely will visit again

Most people love Mexican food. The only problem is that there are so many restaurants to choose from. While not the absolute best of them, Pancho Villa can always be counted on for delivering on good food in a friendly atmosphere. I recently went there and tried their lunch buffet for the first time. I get in trouble at lunch buffets because I love to eat good food. My wife now has me trained to stop at two plates. What I really enjoyed about this buffet was simply the variance in meats and sauces that crossed the entire spectrum of flavors and spices. I thoroughly enjoyed the offerings. I will say that I completely skipped over the "regular" fare of tacos and enchiladas and tried the chicken, beef, and fish dishes cooked in authentic Mexican goodness. The service form Maritza was also very attentive despite this being a self-service buffet. Give this place a chance for lunch, happy hour, or dinner. You can tell them that Pancho Villa's friend sent you!
