I love to go on the weekends because they always have horchata. The Bistec Mexicano is really good. Nice grilled strips of fajita beef with grilled jalapeños, onions and tomatoes. Homemade flour or corn tortillas. Their taco salads and nachos are huge. Everything is always FRESH. Their pico de gallo is amazing. So is the guacamole. The chili rellanos are delicious. The only two things that need fixing are the chips and sauces in the beginning. I leave them alone so I can try and finish my meal. Oh, and the girls that wait on you? Amazing! Smiles galore and always helpful. Taco Tuesdays are fantastic for those on a budget! You know a place is authentic when 75% of the customers speak only Spanish. Clean tables and floors. Parking lot is small but you can find spots even next door. Hole-in-the-wall and worth a try. Yum. Olé!

Cactus Jack's Waterfront Bar & Grill provides Starters, Salads, Entrees, Desserts and Lunch Menu to the North Fort Myers, FL area.
Stopped with my husband for lunch on Friday afternoon. We started off with drinks - the beer and Chardonnay were very cold! My husband ordered the Fried Shrimp with onion rings and I had the Blackened Mahi Baha Tacos. Both dishes were delicious! The onion rings are battered, which I love. The Blackened Mahi had a bit of a kick, which is often lacking with blackening spices ... this was great! My husband eats a lot of fried shrimp, and he really liked it here (also battered). We had a nice canal-side table, and the restaurant provided enough fans that we were comfortable outside. We'll be back.
