We've given this restaurant 3 tries....and on each visit the service and food got progressively worse. The kitchen simply can't keep up with demand and twice we've had food come out "overdone" but still served. Our server was inattentive at best on our last visit. We were offered beverages once in the over hour and 20 minutes it took to get simple tacos....nothing fancy...we had to request more chips for our salsa twice before more came....nope, never again. The owner was the one who seated us and finally brought out our food....without even an acknowledgement that the wait was far too long! Can't support this place .... too many other great restaurants that have great service and food offerings.

My husband and I ate here twice in March (before and after our vacation). We wanted to give a shout out to Mateo for his exemplary, hilarious, professional, quick, and thoughtful service. He made our St Patrick's Day amazing and we are so grateful to have had him twice. Great spot!

It had been a long time since we flew out of the Edmonton Airport, so even if our flight was just after noon, we planned to start off with lunch at Chili's before boarding our flight. Being just near the end of the breakfast hours, our waiter did not know if lunch choices were yet available, but soon came back with good news. I had the Quesadilla Explosion salad and my wife had the Buffalo Chicken Salad. Healthy options except perhaps for the dressing. The place was busy, but service was friendly and efficient. Meal over, we were now ready to fly.
