My go to Mexican restaurant is over by the mall and always packed. We tried Red River Cantina as itâs much closer. It does everything just as well. The place is beautiful inside, the grand gold margarita is great. The chips were good, the warmed up red sauce and green sauce super. We went for the shrimp and beef fajitas that are our regular thing and they were nearly as good. My daughters tacos were super as was the leftover the next day.We found a new local proxy and as a bonus it wasnât crowded. The only negative is itâs a little complicated to get into the parking lot due to the traffic, but this will be our new regular Mexican food joint.

Two of us shared the Combo Fajitas for One, which provided plenty of food for our dinner. The quality of beef and chicken was very good as were the soup, tortillas and pico de gallo+guacamole salad.it was a nice evening and we sat out on their small patio. The server was very attentive. All in all it was an enjoyable experience.

This is a real good place that I like to use for catering at work, even though it is a tad bit expensive. No other complaints on the food except that I have to go pick it up myself.

Had lunch with friend. Service was very good.Friend had salad and soup. She stated it was outstanding. I had the chicken medallions. Good size. Only complaint was it was very dry on outside bread coating and very bland. Inside was very good. I would have again as i really like the combination, but again some sauce might have made it 5 stars. As always YMMV

Until Sept 2nd, it is Hatch Chili festival! A pandemonium of flavor is offered every year at this time. Service was friendly and efficient. Chuyâs has the thinnest, crispy chips in Houston with fresh pico salsa.

1/2 off fajita night was a nice surprise and it was delicious! I had veggie fajita - fresh, nicely grilled, and great rice and guacamole to go with it! Husband and kids had the beef and chicken combo - yum! Great margaritas and our daughter raved about the queso! Amazing service and ask for a hot salsa - they made it fresh for us! Perfection!

Our family and a friend had dinner here Saturday night. Once again, bravo Esteban's! This is my favorite Tex-Mex spot in the area. I absolutely love their spicy fajitas. I think it's all I have ever eaten here. The portion for one is really enough for two as I took home enough to have dinner the next evening. I love their Queso. Their red salsa is great too. Everyone is nice and even though it's always crowded, you usually don't have to wait more than 5 minutes for a table. We'll be back.
