A little disappointed on this visit. Had the enchilladas michoacan. Comes with rice and beans with a ranchers sauce and grilled veggies. The veggies were over powering and ranchers sauce too tomato. Just not spicey enough and the rice and beans were Luke warm. Daughter had the chicken burrito which was not hot. Wife had two ticas. Same there. Will come back but not the best this time. Good value, but if was hotter I would have given a better rating.

Tex-Mex and Mexican specialties Brisket Tacos, Grilled Chicken, Beef & Sautéed Shrimp fajitas and more. Every day we grind fresh corn into "masa" to prepare our fresh corn tortillas and special chips, which can be found only at Mexican Inn. Lunch Specials
It must have not been a good evening at the Mexican Inn when we dined. The restaurant was not crowded and we were seated immediately. About 5-6 minutes later our waiter comes to our table, stating he is having a hard day and he did not see us. We ordered and my wife's order was wrong. The waiter took it back and upon returning, her soft cheese tacos, were like tortilla's wrapped around a large piece of cheddar cheese. My beef fajitas were not the usual fajitas. The waiter did not check on us and we had to ask a waitress for drink refills. I hope it was just a bad evening for all. The salsa and chips and corn tortillas were good.

The meal was good, the service was very good, and this seems to be an under-rated restaurant in this area. I'd definitely return for a meal, if I return to the Bedford area. With the Chili's menu, there is something for everyone, and they have good lunch specials.

Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made
Even though I live in Tennessee now, I lived in this area for 40 years and went to this location hundreds of times over the years. The past 5 years have been really going downhill but today was an awesome visit.Although we were personally waited on by the manager due to being very low on staff, it was a great lunch. We had 14 people and there was not a single issue.Food was fresh and very fast.

Real Mexican food is a feast for the senses. From colorful peppers to the sounds of sizzling fajitas all the way to that incredible flavor. Each mouthful is just as much a result of the freshest ingredients as it is a result of the chef's expertise. Abuel
We were a large group, and the service was good. Most of the group enjoyed their dinners, I thought the Durango Burrito was mediocre. The chips are unsalted and fragile, so it's hard to dip salsa. Of the three salsa that are served, one is just tomato, the Verde has just a touch of heat, and the "hot" was barely warm (and none are flavorful). I wouldn't choose to return here. There must be better Mexican food here... So close to Mexico!
