Bandarawela (Sinhala : බණ්ඩාරවෙල, pronounced [ˈbandarawela]; Tamil: பண்டாரவளை) is the second largest town in the Badulla District which is 32 km (20 mi) away from Badulla. Bandarawela is 200 km (120 mi) away from Colombo and about 125 km (78 mi) away from Kandy, the two capital cities of Sri Lanka. Hello Dear Friends We are running Srilankan restaurant to provide fresh and delicious foods for our client, please come and try it and feel the difference with others...
We booked this class while staying at the adjacent Ella Ridge View. It takes about two hours and at the end you get to eat your creation of 4 curries and associated side dishes. Samir has been a professional chef in large tourist hotels, but here goes back to basics (including a wood fired rice cooker) to show how to use local ingredients to produce authentic Sri Lankan food. It was very interesting and we will definitely be using the cooking tips when recreating these dishes at home. Good value and well worth the experience. Thanks Samir.

It is off from the noise from busy city but 2 united walking from the centre. Also with most attractive views like little aderms, Ella Rock.
During our stay in Ella, we attended an evening cooking class at The Apple Inn run by professional chef Sanath. It was such a great evening learning about local spices, how and why theyâre used in certain combinations and all with a beautiful backdrop of Ella Rock and the valley. All finished off with a feast from the prepared foods! Would highly recommend attending this class!
Rain interupted our Motorbiketour at the right moment beside Dude's Hut. We decided to step in an they warm welcomed us. After the delicious Curry and nice conversation with the owner we fell I love with this place. Everyone who gets tired of the Western-Style Srilankan food at the Tourist Restaurants in Ella should go there.
