Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare qui durante un breve soggiorno in Salento. Al momento della prenotazione ci hanno chiesto di scegliere l'orario tra due turni; abbiamo capito che è un modo per organizzare meglio il lavoro ed avere più tempo da dedicare ai singoli tavoli. Abbiamo ordinato due diversi taglieri di formaggi e salumi della zona, verdure e friselle, puccia salentina una buona bottiglia di Negramaro e alla fine 2 spumoni e un piatto misto di tolci tipici. Ad ogni portata ci è stata accompagnata dalla descrizione e provenienza dele varie pietanze. Tutto veramente ottimo. Personale gentile e attento. rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

We arrived in Racale mid day, before the season and were surprised to find most places closed. Fortunately we found the great restaurant with delicious food, plenty of vegetables. Great service and great food.

There a number of restaurants within a stone's through of the Castello in Felline. We have eaten at all of them but this was our first time at Vite Colta, Piazza Castello 14 in Felline pone +39 348 7792184.The restaurant is owned by a cousin of our b&b hostess, so she took us to it. It is a small cozy place and not always opened. There is a small wine bar and restaurant. They have a small menu with emphasis on vegetarian, and organic although there are also meat selections.
