Probably the best millefueille I have tried in Colombia. Perfect puff pastry, delicious chantilly, covered with a velvety arequipe sauce. Just perfect. A place for pastry and coffee. There are other options on the menu, all sound enticing.

I have been waiting nearly an hour to get the glass of wine I ordered. I have no idea when we will get our food. If I wasn't with a group I would have left. Some of the tables look lovely and are by a fire but waiting this long is just not acceptable no matter how good the food is! We came during a holiday weekend, which made the town busy. They were unprepared, understaffed, very slow to bring drinks. The burger meat was dry and flavorless. We ended up giving the meat to homeless dogs in town.Points go to the appetizer called Mazorcada.Hi, sorry for the late answer. We are so sorry your experience was that bad, since march 2018 is running the place a new owner and we have new recipies. We hope you come again to Villa de Leyva and give a second chance to the place, you won't regret it!

Small humble place, but the experience is an absolute win! Away from the noise of the Plaza Mayor, served by Don Manuel the main chef owner and master mind, a fantastic experience with the Tacu Tacu with seafood and Jalea de Mariscos. If you want a good Peruvian experience come here.

As a new resident here in Villa de Leyva, Iâm always in the look for good, not pricy, tasty food. Today I tried their Vegetarian Cannelloni in Béchamel sauce. Garlic breat and white wine!!! Right portion for me, Iâm not a heavy eater. Quiet atmosphere, good ambiance and fair price!

We went to happy monkey by chance and really enjoyed it. The food was amazing and something different as we've never had it before. We had the vegetarian plate and some starters. Definitely one of the best places we went to in VdL, highly recommend it!

I had to try the local dishes and because of the high ratings we went here. Itâs a really small restaurant with a few tables but nice decorated. It looked clean although just behind my girlfriend there were lots of spiderwebs in the corner. The friendly owner explained the menu and after we ordered the food was served within five minutes. Because we didnât see them cooking and only heard a microwave oven it must be prepared food and it tasted like that too. Guests after us who ordered the same became fresh prepared food so for us it was once and never again.
