I usually order my whole chickens from the Sardis in Laurel. I decided to get it from this location this time . and I ordered the lamb dinner. what a waste. the lamb meat seemed old. and it was very small portions. The chicken was ok.

Beef soup seemed quite authentic, though probably better than what you'd find in many Salvadoran villages! Lots of fresh cilantro and served with limes and deliciously buttery-tasting rice. Huge portion for under $11. Every one in the restaurant when I was there looked Salvadoran or Mexican, and the wait staff were professional. Worth the drive off 495 as an alternative to fast food on long trips! The hours listed in this review were incorrect; it is open during normal restaurant business hours.
The chicken tasted great. Juicy. Flavorful. The rice & beans side was also very good. It was my first time having Peruvian-style chicken and I liked it. The two sauces were tasty; green had a nice bite to it, yellow tasted mustardy. Good prices and quick service.
