I went to this restaurant with some of my family members not expecting much. Not because it was not recommended to me but more to do with the location (in Villa Triana) which is a residential suburb of Rancagua and not the sort of place you would expect a restaurant of high quality. Well... I was simply blown away with the quality of the seafood and their method of preparation which was almost as good as you would get anywhere in the world. It is obvious that these people know what they are doing with their seafood giving it the respect that it deserves. The waiting staff and their professionalism was also excellent. Good and informative explanations of the dishes and attentiveness. We had parmesan pippies, seafood stew, grilled and pili pil (garlic and chili) conger eel, salads and fresh juices and there were all outstanding. Well done guys!!!...I still cant get over the location of this gem...totally unexpected but definitely woth it.

My Chilean host Family took me to their Favorite Peruvian Restaurant in Chile. I was told they made the best Pisco Sour ever. And it was the best I have had anywhere in the world. The food is excellent, even for a Vegetarian like me. I will come back now each time I visit my wonderful Chilean Family. Lisa from KONA Hawaii.

We visited for a business dinner. The table service was satisfactory but as expected the server spoke only Spanish. We were a party of four and ordered a sample platter appetizer which included papas americano, ceviche, beef screwers, octopus, and pollo. I had pescado and others at the table had camerones, asada, y pollo. We all have pisco sours as cocktails. The food was very good and the drinks were excellent. I would recommend coming back again to try more of the menu options.

We were looking for a good place to eat after a full day of work and heard about Mini Sheraton. We were not disappointed. Generous portions. Good quality food (not fancy, but good) at a reasonable price. No frills. The tuna was excellent, as well as the "merluza" (local fish). I recommend them. If you are up for ribs, they look quite good as well.
