Itâs different & itâs about 5 minutes from Newark Airport. Simple bold colorful decoration simple food but with a different twist from the norm. Had a really excellent yellow lentil based soup of the day. Such a delight to have freshly prepared food from fresh ingredients. Tried to fish & seafood. An interesting combination. Hot battered squid & seafood with cold shrimp, calamariâs & fish. Off-street parking out-front.

If you are looking for an authentic Colombian restaurant with live music, lots of families and lots of couples, people of all ages AND delicious grilled specialties, this is your place. Many people come here to celebrate special occasions and with good reason. We recommend the Entraña Mateo and the Ensalada Mateo and the extensive bar menu.

Nice place with reasonable price. Food is so good that the restaurant is almost always full to capacity. I love the Peruvian ceviche here. Almost as good as my mother-in-laws ceviche. Wide variety of Peruvian delicacies that will tantalize the palette. If u like Peruvian food, go here and eat here.

I like the food and service. Good colombian place if you are in town and want a treat. Things from kitchen are better than grab and go from the Window.
My family and I enjoy eating here when passing through Elizabeth. We like to order pescado a lo macho, ceviche mixto (served cold just the way I like it) and lomo saltado. If not desiring seafood or meat, go for their rotisserie chicken -- pollo a la brasa with its special sauce. If possible, drink the chicha morada( can be slightly sweet, so order some ice with it) The staff is always courteous. Parking lot is also a big plus! Enjoy!
